的又一个“汪晖”？》质疑朱学勤的博士论文《道德理想国的覆灭》存在抄袭现象。网
友Isaiah的五篇质疑文章中，列举了朱学勤博士论文中不少存在抄袭嫌疑的地方。他指
出《阳光与闪电》一文，“抄袭了Dunn的研究成果”,“将间接引用伪装成直接引用，
并抄袭了杨小刚等人的译文”。[3]同时还指出书中大量抄袭了美国学者Carol Blum《
卢梭与德性共和国》[4]中的内容。“朱学勤受惠于Blum的，又岂止是几段引文和个别
观点而已。毫不夸张地说，从书名到中心思想，从结构到具体内容，从材料到语言，朱
书都大量借鉴，沿袭了Blum的著作。这种行径，已经不能用单纯的抄袭来形容，而必须

章第一节（共8页，276页至283页）。结果与上两次考证（分别为第八章第五节——共5
页，298-302页；第七章第五节——共8页，266-273页）完全相同，这三节都来自Blum
一书。本节除了两段，所有内容出现在Blum一书。小女子本乃幽默之人（看本人的第一
篇就知道了），可是，面对这样严峻得不能再严峻的事实，已经幽默不起来鸟。

耶稣基督在被钉十字架前早已预言“三日内重建圣殿”（圣经《约翰福音》第二章），
祂复活后，祂的第一批门徒明白了这是指祂自己三日内从死里复活，祂的身体就是圣殿
，而基督教会被比喻成基督的身体和上帝的圣殿。所以，既然教会已经建立，第三圣殿
就已经开始重建了，只不过尚未完工而已。
耶稣基督招聚真犹太人回归真以色列（圣经《罗马书》第二章，《启示录》第三章），
未来还要吸引所有犹太人皈信（圣经《罗马书》第十一章）。
圣经《以赛亚书》第二章4节说的是主上帝在世界末日的审判，上下文既没涉及有关弥
赛亚的默示，也没涉及疾病及其治疗的默示。

从面对“抄袭”指控看朱学勤与方舟子的道德品质

前段网上纷纷扬扬，很闹了一阵子“朱学勤抄袭门”。有位网人Isaiah写了几篇文章，
列举了朱学勤的博士论文《道德理想国的覆灭》与Carol Blum所著《卢梭与德性共和国
》的一些段落，指出朱学勤事实上是引用了后者的文字，但没有给出来源，涉嫌抄袭盗
用。尽管举报者不愿公开身份，朱学勤仍然主动申请当年的博士授予单位复旦大学的学
术委员会调查此案，并主动提出暂停其上海大学学术委员会成员的职务。在回答记者采
访时，朱先生把此举的动机说得清清楚楚：
“学术抄袭事件近年来之所以愈演愈烈，在我看来，不少与当事人及权威学术机构没有
及时采取适当手段作出公开回应有关。许多高校、学术机构都已建立了学术委员会，调
