After 2 weeks(ish) of break, I thought my form would be gone and my strength
would have disappeared. But it wasn't as bad as I thought, all push ups and
pull ups were as usual.
Looking forward to Plyo X might even come with a little extra. |

对于失眠，我特有发言权。：）
我觉得吧，散步其实最有利于睡眠。 有时候推娃出去走路1小时，到家之后
都不洗脸就倒床上睡着了。 而如果去跑步这样“激烈”的运动，回家反而兴奋
睡不好。呵呵

duck walking at 85?ish. Dylan is a lot younger, but lost his voice early.
Most ppl went to their shows not for entertainment but history. I know James

I hit ball fine. just figured out the course is too short. I use my driver
for tee shot all the time, some are very good for those barely 310-yard
par4s. I barely reach them.
Those par5s are just barely 480 yards, quite reachable.
Anyways, I probably should play more. This is probably the second time I
played this year. Still, counting the way I hit ball and my putting, I
should do better.

release is way stiffer than the 2022. both feel very good in hand though,
but 2022 feels a little "fatter" if i remember correctly. I found a good
deal of a p226 9mm so I bought that, but my local academy still have 2022
with triple serial number nitron finish, if your local academy have that,
with the current special it's a pretty good price. you will spend that much
on a weird looking, strange feeling, toy-ish plastic glock |

gold match, and X moa-ish with XXXX ammo.
chuck hawks is right, they only achieve that when the stars temporarily

Legend怎么定，小二进去翻了半天找出张Sig订货目录，问你要哪种，我一扫发现不太
对，上面居然有三种，除了去年的固定准星和可调Target之外，居然还有个新的六寸管
Super Target，这个线条和比例看起来确实相当有感觉，当时立刻就觉得可以不用考虑
什么1911了
查了一下价格好像是三千左右，算是Sig Master Shop的产品 |

的劳斯莱斯，不知道P210的不敢说自己懂手枪，没把玩过的没脸说自己玩手枪。
关键是精度和可靠性以及零件耐用都超过了同时期几乎所有的手枪，精度堪与步枪比肩
，1911几千发之后可能就要换的零件在P210上寿命以万计。
P210有点怪而被人诟病的人机的在新的Legend上面都为了适应现代用户做了调节，但有
些用户声称德国产的P210在精度上比不上瑞士原产的老款。
最大的缺点是到现在为止还是8发弹匣，不太适合大强度的实战，但是靶场上用完全没
问题 |

的力度，第二段的实际发力可以很小，另外我感觉是只要第二段够干脆，最好没有Pre
和 over travel，手枪的精度也可以非常好。
我有记忆蕾丝边还是Wilson Combat的顶级1911打过一次，扳机明显也是两道火，有个
短而轻的Take up，但是第二段的释放极脆 |

9mm caliber.
the grip fits perfectly. even more comfortable than single-stack
9mms such as p239 or pps (which i heard is HK P7-ish).
trigger is soft and smooth. ideal for a range gun,
or a home defense gun. won't carry though. the pull is
kind like the SA on a sig. the reset is much shorter.
because of the ergo and trigger, i m shooting better
groups than with my glock 17.
on the downside:
the recoil feels a bit snappier than glock. but the flip
