事故经过
我是向东，右转only lane直行，对方是向西，左转道 fail to yield(?)，我的直行主
道已经有两条lane yield他了，但车祸发生时，我没有看到他，最后是我前车撞上她的
passenger side
她的红绿灯情况不清楚（肯定不是左转绿灯），我的直行是绿灯（我有witness），但
是右转Only没有灯。
现场判定
警察现场裁定是both at fault, 然后一人一张citation.
警察宣布的，事故现场并没有人受伤。
问题
1. 由于是第一次车祸（不太熟悉车祸后应该如何现场善后），而且车已经没法开动了
，所以就请警察叫了拖车，然后送到body shop维修，回来之后联系enterprise，他们
也没有在这周主动联系我这些事情。不知道这一部分的费用是怎么计算的？
2. 因为最近刚从PA搬到MA，然后回去就发生了这个事情，我应该是先转驾照，还是先
fight这个ticket之后再转呢？
