It has been almost a month since I last posted an update of what it is like
here in China. So much has changed between then and now - clearly the
pressing and urgent matter is the spread of the virus around the globe and

发帖数: 435 | 10 我昨天买了foil，不过不是lowe's买的，是local一个专门卖radiant barrier的店。
价钱差不多，等我拿到货有空去lowe's比较一下厚度和结实程度再做汇报。
做起来应该很简单，用staple gun钉在斜梁上，太低不好走路的地方就平铺在
isolation上。
不过平铺的一定要PERFORATED，就是有小洞能透湿气出去，斜钉的没这个要求。
另外回复楼主的保暖问题。
在isolation上面蒙上plastic sheets也有保温的作用，就像羽绒服的两层布。
当然用反光的radiant barrier应该更好。
刚刚给阁楼的三个出入口做了保温，用的Lowe’s的
Reflectix 2' x 25' Double Reflective Foil Insulation
因为walk-in的门和上下的楼梯盖板都没有任何保温层，所以选择了这种有bubble的材
料。
感觉上还不错，遮挡了一些暑气，下午时候木门上的手感由热转为温凉，
大致能和有isolation的墙壁一个温度。
在冬天室内外温差大的时候应该作用更大。

长好的。 我是个喜欢瞎想的， 在pubmed上查了一些文献， 也是说这个CPC 和
trisomy 18有很弱的association， 但是isolated CPC一般都每关系. 可是我偏偏查到
有一个研究小组发现100例isolated CPC里面有一例是Trisomy 18. 所以我为了保险起
见还是做了Materni T21, 结果正常。现在等28周B超看看是不是长好了。 |

Isolation level 是ANSI SQL 的标准，不是SQL Server 的概念。每个 rdbms 实现
Isolation level 的方式都不一样，这也是 Oracle 比 SQL Server 设计上更优异的
一个地方。举个简单的例子，Oracle 的 Undo image的概念保证了 non-blocking read
没有 dirty read 的忧虑，所以根本不需要象 SQL Sever 那样为了提高 performance
牺牲 integrity。换句话说，同样的 transaction isolation level 下 (by default

precompiled queries. ORM也可以invoke stored proc, 还能自动把结果map成

processing有各种各样的ETL工具可以处理，hibernate本来就不是干这个的。至于
transaction isolation的例子，本身就有问题，为何要在runtime更改txn isolation
level? 用个pessimistic locking就可以了。况且不是所有database都可以在runtime

possible.
If you have the chance to touch the body fluid of any kind from patient, you
need to wear gloves according to rules of general procaution, or OSHA.
If the patient does not have contact isolation protocal, it's up to you. But
think about all the germs and fungus that patient has even if they are not
on isolation protocal, will you consider wear gloves when possible? |

energy is introduced, entropy will not necessarily increasing. Who knows the
universe in whole is a open system or an isolated system. Even in isolated
system, local order could be achieved in the expense of more disorder in other
place in the system (non-equilibrium state)
