1，如果小朋友打过BCG，TST很可能假阳性，很有必要去做Blood Test. 楼上有朋友提
到过，GFT-GIT， T-Spot都行，前者稍好点。 Blood Test一般不受BCG干扰。
2，如果Blood Test阴性，就没事了。 万一这个也是阳性，应该可以确定是Latent TB
。如果确诊了还是不想吃药，请平时一定注意观察小朋友的健康，coughing, fever,
weight loss, 一有出现马上就诊，不要去公共场合，为人为己。 Latent TB 不传染，
Active TB传染性很高。有条件的话定期做chest x-ray， sputum smear。
3，Isoniazid是四种一线TB药物里副作用最小的，所以一般治疗小孩的Latent TB时推
荐只用它。
4，如果吃药，一定每天吃，连续9个月。楼上有人说12月里吃够9个月就行是非常不可

请问：
1. 这种PPD+胸片-的情况是不是很普遍的？看有国家卫生局说国内45%都是感染者，就
是指这样的吧？
2. 异烟肼杀TB有效期限有多长呢？如果这次杀了，下次一回国，又感染上了，莫不成
又得吃了？权衡发病几率和副作用，我很抵触吃药。
请有类似情况的家长给点经验和建议，谢谢！！ |

我和母亲现在都在北京。母亲浑身疼痛在美国查了很多年都没有任何结果，医生只是怀
疑有没有工伤车祸，可是因为没有，医生也不知道怎么办好，只是去做了无数次的MRI
和CT。
现在回到北京，去了北京结核病研究所，中科院肿瘤医院， 协和， 基本诊断为两种病
同时存在。 骨结核+肺癌。
母亲现在服用的抗结核药为
Gluecurolactone Tablets 葡醛内酯片
Isoniazid Tablets 异烟肼片
Ethambutol Hydrochloride Tablets 盐酸乙胺丁醇片
Pyrazinamide Tablets 吡嗪酰胺片
和护肝片
因为母亲每天都说非常疼痛，难以忍受，想吃带过来的Celebrex (Celecoxib 塞来昔布
)止痛
请问这样和结核药一起服用，会有副作用么？
另外，为什么吃了两个月的结核药了，骨头还是很疼啊。

时. 不知怎么扯到十年前来美国时做过TB TEST.她给描述错了-本来是TB TEST 阳性,
然后X-RAY检查后没什么. 她给说成X-RAY发现小黑点,做TB Test 结果是阴性. 医生听
说后,让LP决定是否做TB TEST.
LP当时决定做. 结果是阳性 (=15mm).医生现在让她吃 ISONIAZID 300MG, 每天一粒.
LP 在大约30年前(小时,忘了几岁)接种过卡介苗,会对TB TEST 有影响吗? 她需要吃这
种药吗? 吃到何时为止?

patients should take VB6 at the same time.
Should try to control the blood sugar level (with TB or not).
Diabetic people can eat nutritious foods - they just need to be careful with

treatment for that is 6 months of drug therapy. The drug is pretty cheap (e
.g. look up "isoniazid" on google shopping).
If your prior insurance is a group health plan, then followed by a new
individual policy kicks, then the latter is forbidden to treat your TB as
pre-existing conditions (per HIPAA act of 1996).

链霉素也不是一线药物
某些卖药的网站不需要处方，他们给你邮寄过来的药来源不明，都是要你自己承担责任

发帖数: 358 | 27 BCG疫苗的效果不是很好， 预防作用远不如天花伤寒等疾病的疫苗。 大概30%（? 确切的
数据记不清了）的人接种以后也不能产生有效的免疫反应。 这正是BCG发明了几十年，
全世界仍有1/3的人带菌的原因。 不能以为打了BCG疫苗就不会得TB。
相当一部分人（抑或大部分人？记不清了）BCG接种10年（？）以后皮试就不呈阳性反应
了，所以不能一概而论地认为皮试阳性反应肯定来自以前接种的疫苗。
另外，TB处于潜伏状态的时候X-ray不一定能看出来， 所以X-ray阴性并不能排除携
带病菌的可能。
总之潜伏TB的诊断比较tricky, 各个州的防治标准也不尽相同， 有的州强制吃药， 有
的州只是strongly recommend. Isoniazid有一定的肝脏副作用， 但是如果小孩子经常
回国， 传染上TB的可能性还是比较大的。 其实带菌一辈子也不一定发病；可一旦变成
active TB也挺麻烦。 只好家长自己权衡量着办了。 |

normal, that means you have latent TB. Those drugs can greatly reduce the
chance of TB manifesting when you get old or when your immu-systems get weak
. These are all clinically proved. And those drugs are FDA proved and
usually prescribed on short terms, so damaging the liver is just non-sense
talk. All we are doing is just follow the WHO TB treatment guidance.

单纯从CNS penetration来说
Excellent with or without inflammation
–Chloramphenicol, TMP-SMX, metronidazole, rifampin, isoniazid
Good in the presence of inflammation
–Pcns, cefuroxime, 3rd gen cephs (except cefoperazone), vanco
你给的治疗方案，舒普深可能不妥，换成另外一种三代头孢才好。还有vanco并不能迅
速作用。
甲硝锉看来是个不错的选择，covers anaerobic gram negatives
为什么不用bactrium? 有头孢cover bactrium缺乏的strep.，gram positive就也差不
多cover完了，还不用vanco那么麻烦
随意说的，没有仔细查最佳治疗方案，抛砖引玉吧 |
