try higher resolution MS,like FT-MS and Obri, to get more accurate m/z less
than 1ppm or even smaller and better isotope pattern-->this will help you to
predict the formula
second, did you try MS/MS search in Metlin or other database? you may find
some possible functional group from the MS/MS fragment. Together with
formula, you may propose a structure.
With UV information, refine you structure and synthesize the

他谈的是在生物, 化学中的应用, 这些并非是扭结的真正意义. 记得
当时我出国, 好多亲友问我学的东西有什么用, 我总是说, 可以用来
设计立体交通. 现在看来当然是扯淡.
三维空间中的一个闭合的圈, 可能根本没打结, 但是仍然可以看上去很
复杂, 比如把它揉成一团. 一个自然而根本的问题是, 如果不动手去解,
单凭观察, 怎么能判断它到底有没有打结? 这个问题到现在还没有解决.
这个问题在数学上就是不变量的问题. 我们想找一个量, 数量或者更广泛
的量, 这个量在 "解结" 这个过程中是不变的. "解结" 是个怎么样的过程
呢? 就是一种变形, 而在变形过程中保持某种"连续性", 简单来说, 就是
不能剪断绳圈. 圈在空间的形态在拓扑上叫做从圆到三维空间的一个"嵌入"
(imbedding). 如果一个形态可以通过连续变形成为另一个形态, 我们就说
这两个"嵌入"是"同痕的"(isotopic). 这个连续变形就叫一个"同痕"(isotopy).
直观上, 两个同痕的嵌入当然是同一个扭结, 因为跟打结有关的性质是不会

is used during the day. So the drugs have to be compounded the night before.
That is why nuclear pharmacists have to work overnight shift. Maybe not all
the time, but you have to work overnight in some weeks per month. At least
that is what I know about nuclear pharmacy. |

NMR:

样,反射率也不一样;并且这个吸收率反射率在弱光情况下可以近似为常数,但是在强
光下,它们就随光强变化而变,这个也与物体的组成成分有关,万物皆不同。
我们知道自然光是什么色彩都有的,因此,你在特定光强下看到物体的色彩,是由物体
在吸收了特定自然光波长,并且反射了某些自然光波长所看的光波长综合效果,这就是
光色彩合成的原理。
以上是物理上的分析,但是如果设计到摄影,这个问题就变得有些主观了。因为每个人
的眼睛不同,在欣赏景色的时候心情不同,观察到的色彩也不同,很多人都会有种感觉
当心情极端不好的时候,世界都是灰色的。所以,你所说的逼真,一定要加个引号,这
取决与你希望你的作品表现什么样的心境,这就是所谓象由心生。
再说一下LCD,任何的发光电子元件,组成色彩的方式都是通过直接模仿物体反射到你
眼睛中的被频率选择吸收过的自然光,其方法就是用三原色来配比,由于数字化的位数
越来越高,因此可以配比的颜色层次就逐渐使得眼睛无法区分电子光学成像与实际自然

I am a lay person here. What i mean is i have not heard of any
sound theory of the origin of big bang. A possible solution is given
by superstring theory. Suppose we are living in a 10-D universe and
six of them curled up into torus or loop or whatever so tiny that
probing them is practically impossible currently. "Before" the big bang
the other six dimensions are open and it is another perfect universe
maybe homogenous, maybe isotopic, i don't know. And the four dimension

confirmed it. Some research group is heading for to confirm
it. The rough chemical structure has identified. Moreover,

长话短说,移民加拿大, 以前文科专业,全部抛弃,从头开始学新专业。 选了医学放
射专业里的核医学 nuclear medicine, 实习毕业了以后,多伦多附近工作难找,因为
isotope 的短缺,这个分支其实在缩水。 为了尽快得到工作经验,在安省温莎的医院
拿到 cover maternity leave 的一年合约,搬家到那里住了一年。 期间经常去底特律
Shopping,好开心。但是未婚夫在多伦多附近,还得想办法回去。
毕业后立即申请在线的核磁专业,边工作,边继续读。期间因换工作又搬家到里多伦
多更近一些的小镇,但是真是太小了,只有五万人口,虽然这次工作是长期的,但是只
有part time,像这种工作,工资依靠每周做的小时数,part time 每周只有三天,工资
勉强维持生活:( 但是有请我妈来旅游了三个月,也算尽孝心。
课程读好后在医院的核磁共振部实习,实习好了立刻搬家,搬到离多伦多很近的区域。
很幸运马上拿到了个offer, 离家很近,开车一刻钟,虽然还是part time, 但是每周的
