10/30/17 update:
刚才在我个人邮箱发现一封邮件，HR发过来的termination letter，说是因为
我不签那个offer。
然而那个offer是18年1月才生效，上面还注明我原来的offer会在今年年底12月31号终
结，从来也没说立刻终止啊。上周五我解释了我不签的原因以后，HR的回复说不签会被
视为constructive resign， will lead to termination accordingly。根本没提立即
termination。再说也不能因为不签明年的offer就立马终止今年的employment啊，
contractor都没有这样的。我算见识了什么叫low了。

持edge， 玩过Angular2的朋友，应该知道IE撤掉polyfill这件事吧， 应该是去年2月
份左右，而后去年12月Angular2匆匆忙忙结束了，只更新到2.4，就一下子跳到
Angular4，他们官网Angular2那个页面都是灰色的，连quickstart在IE11 和之前版本
都运行不了，何谈migrate大项目过去？更何况IE11去年才刚开始支持，至少得3-4年以
后才会不再支持，所以就算烙印和HR狡辩这只是前瞻性研究，我也要问为什么我作为公
司员工要做与公司业务无关的事，谁负责？
然后我给烙印manager的上级的上级发邮件，很耐心地说因为要完成assignment，所以
必须和这个requirement的issuer直接谈项目细节和进展，并且请这个issuer在Jira上

另外一张，也是显示call card issuer, 于是换了个机子，这2张卡还是显示 call

再去加油，换了个加油站，这2张卡还是显示call card issuer, 然后进去找了个
cashier， 他刷了下我的卡，说里面没钱了， 我很吃惊，我说我没用过啊，他说他也
不知道，让我打电话问。今天打了卡上的电话，先查了balance，也是说 0 balance，
接了人工，告诉了他卡号，他说2张卡都用过了，其中一张有2次交易记录，另一张有3
次。我说了我在加油站的经历，然后他说他也知道怎么回事，问我卡哪买的，去找他们
问问。我还没给shopper打电话， 大家有没有遇过类似的事情，最后怎么处理的？谢谢

而不是ETF。也就是实质上是去买了issuer（RJA的issuer 是swedish export credit
corporation)的debt，然后issuer再去track index。这样的话好像多了issuer
insolvent然后无法redeem debt带来的风险。想long term buy/hold。不知道大家有没

2者最大的差别在于outstanding shares。
ETF是可以变化的，可以增加，可以减少， closed fund是固定的，就像是股票一样。
ETF是怎么变得：
NAV 100， 买的人多，股价102. premium 2%， MM可以 buy ETF 成分股， sell 等值
的 ETFs，这样2% 就赚到了。
NAV 100，卖的人多，股价 98， discount 2%， MM可以 sell ETF 成分股，buy 等值
的ETFs，这样 2%又赚到了。
这样的好处是，能保证市场过冷过热的时候，ETF严格track 要track的指数。
CAF不一样了，share数量是一定的，买的人多了，就贵了，卖的人多了，就便宜了，如
果一直有人卖，就要被弄死。
这个时候聪明的投资者一定会问一个牛逼的问题，那么CAF，closed fund的MM为啥不做
类似的活，我 buy back CAF的股票，然后同时，sell CAF的成分股？

when people talking about no foreign transaction fee, they usually forget or
ignore 1% transaction network fee by Master, Visa, etc.
interestingly enough, whether charge or not charge this fee is actually
decided by the card issuers, not MC/VS. who knows why? Do the issuers really
do this voluntarily for MC/VS?
Capital One is the only issuer that I know of who doesn't charge this fee.

The coverage is secondary, i.e. if you have comprehensive coverage on your
own car, than MasterCard (or Visa, AMEX) only pays deductables. If you do

The issuer of the credit card used for order xxxxxxxxx has informed us that
the charge for this order is in dispute. The customer claims that the
merchandise was returned via UPS under tracking number xxxxxxxxxxxx. UPS
shows that it was delivered in Philadelphia, PA on October 5, 2011 and
signed for by MIA. The reason given for the return is that the merchandise
was damaged.
Please issue a refund via the Amazon Payments system, or reply to this email

from my case, it is declined by my cc
here is how it happened
when i first placed an order,friendgiftr tried to charge my cc immediately,
but my cc recognized this is not my typical type of using this CC (as GC is
really a sensitive issue for most cc issuers) and just put the transaction
on hold. Although the cc didn't declined this transaction, it is considered
declined by friendgiftr...
Some CC issuers will contact u, some may not.
