是同一个担忧：中国经济到底硬着陆了没有？
我告诉他们，从GDP数据看，中国经济应该已经进入了“L”型中的那一横，算筑底
了。
但多数听众会不以为然，纽约的一个基金经理这样表述他的低配逻辑：没有哪个国
家的经济在债务问题解决之前就能涅槃重生的，08年的美国是这样，09年的欧洲也是这
样，因为负债恰恰代表着旧经济锁定的资产和资源存量，是新经济地基上的地雷。你们
中国并不比我们幸运或者高贵。这次，轮到你们了。
末了，他提出了一个疑问：你真的知道中国企业与地方政府的真实负债水平吗？它

式助听器好。耳道式ITC和全耳道式CIC体积小，不太适合老年人使用，且价格也高。专
科医生的处方用在保险，没保险的不需要处方，可直接定制购买。有充电式电池，但不
如一般电池方便。
一般大陆的大中城市都有助听器中心，并有免费听力检测。销售的进口牌子质量差不多
。还是让老人在国内配助听器更好。 |

这个判决本身就很搞，苹果的起诉是通过国贸委来解决的。他的好处就是
效率高，还能做些政治工作，直接采取行政手段来执行。坏处就是国贸委的裁决
不能采取经济赔偿手段。 苹果说人家侵犯了他专利，但是又不要你钱，所以下一步可
能还要有动作，这招够狠毒啊 。 |

基于以下几点，我们继续建议买入Tivo：
● Tivo对Comcast 的争端仍旧占有优势，和谈仍旧是最有可能的情况。
● 12月有传言，有多家基金有兴趣并购Tivo，并购价20 。
● 以上两条可以认为是两个calloption, 即使都没有发生，Tivo仍旧是一个2美元
earning的公司，5%红利，合并完全完成后，收入可以继续增长每年5%，而毛利率也有
可能进一步上升。这样的公司按目前不到7倍的动态PE市值来说也是偏低的。
自ITC裁定Comcast侵权Tivo知识产权以来，Comcast移除了相关X1 app录像的功能，并
表示会继续上诉。我们注意到几点：
● Apple store里11月来Comcast app几乎所有的一，二星差评都于此有关。
● Comcast并没有移除对录像功能的描述。
