发帖数: 294 | 1 最近和朋友朋友聊天，听他们抱怨上司把PPT交给他们做，做半天弄不好还挨上司一顿骂，深感苦恼，问我有什么好的方法，本人不才，但混迹职场多年，给上司，给自己都做过数不清的PPT，也算有一些经验，可以在这里跟大家交流一下，希望在PPT的道路上少走一些弯路~
1. 工作PPT，逻辑很重要
看到上司给的资料，先不要急着打开Powerpoint，你要先做的是理清思路，这属于策划的范畴，混迹PPT圈的人都知道一句话“无策划，无PPT”，我曾经问过锐普PPT公司的策划费用，深度策划两万元以上！当然我们做不到职业策划师那种策划水平，我们只要把上司要讲的部分逻辑理清，别东一棒子西一棒子就行，否则讲的累，听的更累~我的PPT逻辑是和《金字塔原理》这本书学的，麦肯锡的经典之作，刚读有些枯燥，但越读越有味道~另外，秋叶的一套《说服力》写的也蛮不错的，特别适合初入职场的人。理清逻辑，画出草图，可以在纸上，也可以用思维导图软件，网上有一堆，推荐使用mindjet mindmanager，ipad上也可以用iThoughts，这些都是我用过数款软件后找出的比较不错的。
