看到很多朋友在筹备去big bend,最近刚去过，抛砖引玉谈点经验。首先就是一下10号公
路，那里就是你最后一个有便宜油的地方了，也是最后一个有fast food 连锁店的地方
。之后的油价都要飙升了，务必要这里灌满。
简单的讲，可以用H来表示big bend的地形。左，右上分别是alpine,Marathon两个离bi
g bend最近的城市，都有近60迈。一般大家经过的是marathon.这里的有超市，住宿,加
油站。
big bend里面有自己的油站，零售店里的东西很全，价钱也还合理。。然后里面分三个
部分，chisos basin在H的-处，有最多的餐馆，H的左下角是castolon,右下角是rio gr
ande village,village处有公园唯一洗澡的地方，投币的，和洗衣房在一起。这里和ch

1 牛肉横着纹理切片，凉水泡一个小时。
2 挤干水分后加少量料酒，半小匙盐腌渍半小时。
3 油烧至5成热，按1：1比例放入花椒和辣椒，炒香后下牛肉片翻炒，等大量出水后，
把水滤出。
4 重新起锅下牛肉，加生抽一大勺，老抽3大勺，糖3大勺，盐一小勺，小火翻炒约20分
钟收干汤汁。
一半是小盆友说想吃的家里的味道——干辣椒炒卤牛肉。
卤牛肉时给自己卤了个蛋备吃，怕炒出来的牛肉太辣吃不下去。然后大着胆子心狠手辣
的放干辣椒。结果，上顶卖的棒子国干辣椒一点都不辣，太欺骗感情了！！ |

例可以去uta, TAMU，另外专业比学校重要吧，俺是宁愿去三四流大学读医也比去名校
读个穷专业强得多，我原来给小孩搜儿科医生很多就是一般学校毕业，预约都要搞到一
两个月后，病人多得不得了，估计钱也多得不得了。换过来名校，我们原来有个项目在
加州，structure engineering是当地公司，那个公司的人全是berkeley毕业的，这个
专业berkeley好象是全美第一，有p用，一样穷得叮当响。 |

往31警局，而31警局位於靠近芬治大道和400號高速公路附近的諾芬治街（Norfinch Dr
ive）。
警方相信，這是一枚第一次世界大戰時期的砲彈。警方隨後會同爆破專家將這枚砲彈運
至空曠停車場處引爆。
