Iverhart Plus Flavored Chewables for heartworm prevention.
This recall is an expansion of a recall issued last April due to low levels
of Ivermectin, leaving dogs in the upper third of each weight range
unprotected against heartworm infection.
According to PetMD, the following items are part of the expanded recall:

Virbac Animal Health has recalled Iverhart Plus flavored chewable tablets
for dogs after routine stability tests showed that samples from two lots did
not contain sufficient amounts of ivermectin to give dogs weighing 85
pounds or more six months of parasite protection.

stability specifications during the life of the product.

Vet推荐两个plan:
1 advantage multi+tick collar,但她说用collar似乎会把tick带回家
2 frontline + 一个hearworm的药，应该就是heart guard plus, iverhart max, tri-
heart plus
有没有用过tick collar的？效果如何？和frontline相比哪个好？
另外，带狗hiking还要准备啥？我打算买个弄tick的小工具。

不过买heartworm的药，他们这种网站都要vet的prescription
所以你得先找vet拿prescription才行，一般都是给开半年份的。

Iverhart Max+ frontline plus就能达到这个效果
Revolution也能kill heartworm和flea
不过现在天气凉了，没那么多必要使劲防HW吧 |
