”和“协助自杀”，但通过了病人可以获得“持久且大剂量镇静药物”的权利。此法案

Léonetti，另一名是社会党议员Alain Claeys，政府试图在这项敏感的社会议题上超

八十年代开始的，可惜她没有赶上好时候。
没能习得一琴半笛。
Concerto in E minor 非常脍炙人口，每次看这段录像，看到她弱小的身躯在奋力而专
注的演奏，琴声如泣如诉，想到她罹患多发性硬化而不得不在生命的最后时刻放弃心爱
的大提琴，英年早逝，不禁泪下。
in E minor而一举成名，她和名琴手梅纽因，帕尔曼，祖克曼关系都很好，也有很多佳
作，她也是敢爱敢恨的人，21岁的时候认识了钢琴家Daniel Barenboim，一见钟情，马
上取消所有演出，与他飞到耶路撒冷。
，要知道转成犹太教很麻烦的，要进专门的学校学习几年，经过好多仪式的，他们最后
在耶路撒冷的哭墙举行的婚礼。
有争议，是根据她姐姐的回忆录改编的，她把Jackie描绘成一个少年得志，恃才傲物，
自私自利，还抢姐姐的老公做小三的人，而姐姐是不屑名利，追求平凡美好生活的代表
。其实俺总是疑心她姐姐嫉妒她的才华，看她的演出录像真的很难想象书里描写的人会
拉出那么感人的音乐。

终于看了这个电影，它酸掉牙的中文名字一直让我避而远之，怕受不了文艺女要死要活
的腔调。
Anand Tucker，又知道了一个导演的名字，做为他的第一部剧情长片，很多地方可圈可
点，除了编导演音摄等，影片的叙事结构比较独特，色彩的运用颇具个性。个人感觉全
片大体可分为春夏秋冬四个乐章，从童年时代到Hilary 篇章开始为春，Hilary 篇为夏
，Jackie 篇到她发病初为秋，等到她渐渐病入膏肓，电影走向严冬末篇。我觉得这个
电影还是有遗憾的，就是成年后Jackie 的个性行事在其童年的成长经历中没有给出足
够的依据，一定程度上削弱了人物的悲剧力量，并且也因此在夏篇章，她的那些做派要
特别是要睡自己姐夫的举动很是招人反感，觉得丫纯粹脑子有病，文艺女自己做死不值
得同情；到了秋，她的内心世界渐渐暴露在观众面前，也让我们对她有了更深的了解和
更多的体认，等到疾病骤然来袭，电影蒙上了愈加沉郁的色彩，悲剧感扑面而来，果然

我对萧红并不了解，因为没读过她的书。但是以前看过霍建起的电影《萧红》，对这位
民国女作家很感兴趣。当时看完电影的短评如下：
“做工精致，但剧本肤浅，完全没看到一个＂赤裸灵魂＂的萧红。一个好作家的痛苦也
许源自生活的凄惶与遭遇的不幸，但这种痛苦却不应也不可能仅仅停留在命运的浅层。
电影没能刻画出痛苦的升华与萧红才华的灿烂，仅抓取了八卦的表皮表演了一场平庸的
爱情小品。”
所以对许鞍华的《黄金时代》和汤唯塑造的萧红，还是有一点期待的。电影三个小时，
最大的成就我觉得有两点：
1. 伪纪录片式的叙事手法是很新鲜的，所有的人物都直面镜头和观众，打破第四面墙
，直接诉说萧红，包括萧红自己。这让我想起了关锦鹏的《阮玲玉》，把作为人物的阮
玲玉和作为演员的张曼玉对阮玲玉的寻找一同展示，非常深入。从电影这个特别的表现
形式上说，这部电影就很值得一看。
2. 把萧红作为一个人，她为什么是萧红表现得非常清晰。这一点在是跟电影《萧红》
比较后感受尤其明显。萧红的性格非常执拗、固执，认定了的事情可以不顾环境压力和
