你说的一点都没有错。军人的料子最适合做外交官。
当年能一夜把石油每桶价飙升的大功臣，
就是代表利比亚跟西方石油巨头谈判的一个军官。
他本人没受什么教育，也完全没有法律知识，
但他勇气智慧过人，居然使利比亚得到最高价。
伊朗的西方学位律师谈判团，却拿了个差的多的价钱，
伊朗国王得知本国律师团还不如一个军官后非常生气。
所以外交最忌重用文科，媚外加奴性，拍马消气之辈。
这位震撼西方各大石油公司谈判代表的中东弱小国军官，
就是刚刚参与利比亚政变，推翻王室的 Major Jalloud

还有一点很值得佩服，就是他和副手Jalloud

成功的逼迫西方石油公司让原油价格飙升。
结果阿拉伯产油国从此收入大增，人民过上好日子。
换老中肯定是互相扯台，互相杀价，最后无利可图。
在他之前，没有石油出产国有胆逼迫西方石油公司。
其实真正懂得谈判的政治人物非常少，多数都很死板。
中利两国关系有许多机会，但中方太死板，全糟蹋了。
利方发挥也不足，但一般对方错，不能弥补己方的无能。 |
