不同的身体条件，也可能导致不同的人适合不同的枪。
有的人手、腕力量不足，用轻的枪好像会更容易出问题。打靶的子弹速度不够快的话，
这个效应会被放大。 |

原料：
新鲜Raspberry 1kg, 糖500g
500ml 的canning jar 4只，建议放沸水消毒。
步骤：
1. Raspberry放入干净的耐腐蚀器皿，放入白糖
2. 用勺子或其他工具，把Raspberry和白糖捣匀称糊状，煮沸片刻停火
3. 趁热装入罐头瓶，拧紧。如果保守一点可把罐头瓶放开水中煮沸5分钟
消毒，冷却后检查真空，不真空的尽快吃掉，其他的可常温下长期
储存。
洗锅水很好喝，建议不要浪费(见旁边的杯子)
这种果酱果味浓郁，没有果胶等添加物，非常好吃。夏天可以用作原汁
稀释成清凉饮料。
另外Raspberry建议不要洗，如果洗一定要很小心控干净，否则果酱会很稀。
夏季浆果中可能会有小虫，如果是素食者建议把虫子挑出来。 |
