23年前加入，17年前离开），我总是免不了不厌其烦的解释我的个人观察，在孩子学校
，在健身房，老外也常常聊起这个，他们很惊奇发现 “敌人就在身边” LOL，我又一
点一点给他们解释华为是谁投资的。解释这么多次，我不如写下来一次分享出去。
我看到的华为基本上是员工共同投资共同持有的。不信我讲给你听。我加入华为的时候
年收入➕奖金大约几万RMB，合几千美金，年底公司就算一下，嗯，你今年挣了
（比如说一万美金），给你留20%生活，允许你购买8千美金的公司内部股票，买不买由
你，去年股票分红95%（我加入前一年是95%），你自己看吧，绝大部分员工就不由自主
的掏了腰包。又一年下啦，我的收入因为分红和加薪，收入几乎翻了一倍，公司又说今
年你的收入的80%可以让你买公司股票，你自愿决定，我在那几年，实际分红稳定在70%
。就这样，几年下来，我的股票翻了好多倍，收入也成比例增加，但是收入75%左右来
自分红，员工承担很大的风险，因为这个股票没有任何法律保障，但是员工工作回报也

土共的路海军演与其说是吓唬美帝， 不如说是制造舆论。 一来可以向国人展示美帝亡
我之心不死， 二来更可增加军费，
三来可为未来抢班夺权占位， 四来可以以此转移国内日益尖锐之矛盾， 所谓一举多得

如果真要不战尔退人之兵， 只需威胁经济制裁韩国即可轻易化解困局。 韩国经济严重

到公共场所去取水。一个月不洗澡也不是怪事。 高中时被父母抛弃与弟弟相依为命，
每天上学的同时兼任学校的清洁工。但是她有一个梦想，就是上世界上最好的大学，哈
佛。经过不懈的努力和对自己梦想的执着，她，做到了。
哈佛这个很少给学生奖学金的大学录取了她并破格给她全额奖学金。
这又让我们反思，如果在中国贫困的乡村有这么一个孩子也抱着一样的梦想，她有梦想
成真的那一日么？因为我们目前中国的教育体制和乡村城市之间教育质量的差异，她的
梦想可能永远实现不了。

My comment: Maybe China is indeed in a bubble. In US, we are all familiar
with the stories of Silicon Valley, like even janitors and secretaries
becoming obscenely rich when tech companies they had worked for went into
initial public offerings. If a cabbie of Shanghai is a tycoon, definitely
something is amiss. |

无产／资产是马克思主义的划分。中国国情，自创了农民／地主。
劳工／中产／富有是美国政治体系的划分。
小资没有明确定义。可以指资产阶级底端（小业主，自由职业者），类似农村的自耕农
。也可以指无产者盲目追求资产者的生活方式，也就是文青。
取小业主的定义(small biz owner)，那在美国应该是中产的一部分。取文青定义，能
支撑得起某种资产阶级生活方式的，也应该是中产了，否则就成了2B。
另一个角度，产业工人是铁杆的无产阶级，但是在美国属于中产。从事低技术工作(比
如janitor，seanonal farm worker）是无产，在美国属于劳工阶层。
吃救济，不工作的，在美国好像有个福利阶层的称呼（wellfair class)? 马克思称之
流氓无产者。 |

纽约这边sanitation玩的trick是， 年轻人不许加班， 把所有加班的机会全部让给老
员工， 老员工在退休前的两三年疯狂加班， 大多都是double triple pay, 总收入能
上15万。 然后退休以后的pension按最后几年平均工资的75%算。
所以他们退休以后基本都能保障10万以上的退休金。
他们50 or 55就退休。

是实际package包括pension, 总价值合12万以上吧。
他还是有过500强工作经验的。 虽然EE早些年就很夕阳，
至于开车， booth那些高中学历就 qualify的工作， 每次招工面试都人杀人海。
我不记得10 还是13年， columbia U 门口MTA发招工申请表， 正好我过去有业务， 那
人山人海的， 一会就抢光了， 那场景， 比唐人老太太抢免费鸡蛋还壮观 |
