老是帮他数waggle了几次，最多一次居然是12还是13次。不过waggle后，Jason 几乎不
再停顿，马上就击球，动作重复性，稳定性都很很高。
我下场的时候，Pre-shoot routine, 有时候就不够坚持，出于种种原因吧，没准备充
分或感觉还不对时就打了。看来以后还是要坚持一下自己的节奏和固定的pre-shoot
routine. |

请指教下桩功
小的初练２４式，北京一师傅（民间，估计不入主流）教的。师傅嘱咐要多站桩，再练
拳。这就是桩功？师傅要回国了，所以也没人指点了。
另外我踢球１０几年，现在３０多后，随便半场球，腿，腰（特别是２肾后面的肌肉）
轻易就疼痛不止，弯腰后会那２块肉会剧痛而站不回来，休息２，３周后，倒也能恢复
正常。这也是我学太极的部分原因。桩功／站桩能帮助腰肌否？
网上信息浩瀚，实在困惑，请不吝赐教桩功（好比你那个学生是如何开始站桩的）。拜

随便说２句也好。我个人的目的，先是健身，手足轻便；再是搏击。或许不能每天苦练
２小时，但是细水长流，每１，２天就练２下基本是做的到的 |

所以，可以这么说，动作或者说招式是没有定势的。。。 this is the reson 这么多
派别。。。成形的招式是在长时间的实践中总结出来的最有可能的动作。。。

发劲原理作科学分析 因为他太极已经入门的 又懂科学 我觉得他分析得很有道理 我
鼓励他以后写书 也算是对太极拳的一个贡献

如果这里不加入气的概念，是不是可以说练太极的人的绝对力量并不一定比相同体重的
人的力量大，可是没有练过的人的力量只是部分的力量，比如出拳，就只是手的力量，
