，我看资料说15已经算中度，20就是重度了，现在每天都在抽血检查，不过咨询儿医说
仍然没有达到需要photo therapy的程度，不过他建议我们尽量多喂，光照，我心里就
没有概念，放到医院做光疗的有多大比例？如果医生说不用去做光疗可是每天让去抽血

备的， 都能过。后来成绩单下来， 还比及格线高很多。叶子版主让我写份考经，拖到
现在。
考点选择：Houston 应该是最IMG friendly. 一个在那考的朋友说考场里满场老印，旅
馆里也是。很多是直接从印度飞来考试的， 一个个土的掉渣。我们的英语虽然遣词造
句不如老印， 发音还是比他们好的。LA 据说 SP 非常习惯 Asian accent, 而且SP 年
轻男性多， 这也是优点。因为中年女性SP是最难对付的。费城SP 我考时是6 黑6 白 6
男 6 女。年龄分布老中青都有。一个在Atlanda 考的朋友也是这种分布。芝加哥考场
不清楚， 但没听到过恶评。
CS 考试准备：

原来的儿科医生，差点被西雅图儿童医院出卖。如果我们当时贪财，她就被起诉了。
后来我们换了一个医生因为原来的那个已经不会给我们孩子看病了（去了就开抗生素）
。这个医生不错她说既然gi不给开， 代谢科不给开，我给你推荐到neuromuscular科，
这个正对我们宝宝的遗传病，结果可想而知这个科的医生瑟瑟发抖写8页就是不给开lab.
到后来老三jaundice发黄再去看医生的时候， 她说你家孩子吃胡萝卜吃得。 |

bad. You didn't tell us the details about his symptoms and ct findings, but
I assumed that he has abdominal pain, jaundice, weight loss, and ct shows
mass in the pancreatic head or neck? If that's the case, there is really not
much doctors can do. Pain control, symptomatic treatment is all. Personally

护士搞不定，叫儿医，还是搞不定。后来是叫上儿童麻醉医生才把血给抽出来。可想而
知那小baby被扎了多少针。infants的血管很难找，而且小的不得了， 更不要说新生儿
的了。 很多都是试了各个部位才终于一个地方可以抽到血。
引起jaundice的有原因很多，大多数是bili light照照就没问题的。但还是有部分小孩
是由其他非常严重的原因引起的（liver, biliary system, antibiotics against the
blood)。要是是这些引起的，医生没查出来，他们是会吃官司的。 |
