president), Taiwan has wanted to establish a framework to exchange renminbi-
-with US dollars (as opposed to Taiwan dollars) if that is what China
desires. China has always said no--even after the China-kissing Ma Ying-jeou
became president.
So, that renminbi is not widely accepted in the world is the fault of
Beijing. |

Deng Xiaoping. Who knows what will happen to Pres. Ma Ying-jeou when he was
booted out of office in two years; a prison, perhaps. (I am convinced of his

Overthrow the entire ROC government!)

對壹週刊指稱馬英九總統符合肥咖條款，必須繳稅給美國政府，總統府發言人李佳霏召
開記者會反駁，並轉述馬英九的說法，強調如果真的必須向美國政府繳稅，「馬總統願
意辭職，負起所有的政治責任」。
而美國在台協會（AIT）發言人金明下午答覆媒體詢問強調，美國國稅局（IRS）北京辦
事處表示，媒體詢問時並非針對馬總統的情況。
李佳霏並表示，如果最後事實證明馬總統綠卡已失效故無須向美國繳稅，那就請今天批
評馬總統「奇恥大辱」、「國際笑話」、「欺騙國人」的民進黨主席蘇貞昌、前主席游
錫堃和謝長廷，公開承諾將來願意向國人與馬總統道歉，並負起一切的政治與法律責任
，還給馬總統一個公道；壹週刊也應該必須為其惡意誤導大眾的報導內容，負所有的法
律責任。

当菲德尔·卡斯特罗逝世的消息公开后，住在迈阿密小哈瓦那的古巴裔移民迅速聚集在第八街狂欢不已，直到凌晨三点仍旧有人敲打着锅铲，高喊着“Cuba si(自由古巴), Castro no(卡斯特罗死了)!”的口号。
迈阿密因其地理位置,一直以来就接收着来自拉美各国的移民，素有“拉美首都”的称号，而其中最大最著名的两个移民社区便是小哈瓦那(Little Havana)和小海地(Little Haitti). 小哈瓦那位于迈阿密市中心的西部, 古巴革命后首次开始大规模古巴人流亡至迈阿密。

学程二年级广告设计科多媒体设计组男女学生，竟然复制纳粹德国武装亲卫队制服、举
着纳粹德国旗帜、军徽游行，甚至用纸箱自制一辆德军虎式战车模型，模仿亲卫队受校
。驻台北以色列经济文化办事处上午发出声明，「前总统马英九去年才刚参加国际大屠
杀纪念日，但才过了1年，新竹光复中学就出现这样的活动」，该对此事表达强烈失望
与谴责。
据了解，光复中学这项以历史人物为主题的变装活动，其余班级也出现有变装为希特勒
的学生，但都是个人扮演，只有广告设计科多媒体设计组的252班是「全班总动员」，
全数变装为纳粹亲卫队。光复中学学生扮演纳粹游行的活动照片，传是经由师长转贴到
网络上，引起讨论，事件还流传到我留德大学生同学会间。而据了解，这个班级导师是
历史老师，事前对学生的发想不以为意。
针对高中生举纳粹旗参加校庆一事 驻台北以色列经济文化办事处上午表示，对于二次
世界大战中肇发纳粹屠杀犹太人惨剧数十年后，台湾却仍有高中生从事这种活动，以色
