关键是要有自己的判断。
本人经验：
1. 绝对绝对绝对不要伪造positive data。你发现什么，一定要可靠，一定要可重复。
至少一定是来自于实际数据。
2. 老板让你做的，一定要判断。如果你做不出来并确信这条路是不成的，一定要快速
让老板绝望。绝对不要给他false hope。 否则他会让你在这个无用的方向上做很久。
3. 一般，老板的idea你至少应该试一下。但是，也有例外。 如果那个老板是个jerk，
一定认为他的观点是对的，而你有实验证据证明不work。 而他仍然坚持让你做根本不
make sense的实验，我认为，此时，你可以伪造negative data。 就是，什么也不做，
但是伪造点结果告诉老板他的idea 不work。
4.你有什么idea， 一定要出试。但是，结果不一定告诉老板。如果那个老板是
supportive的，那当然你的新结果对大家都有利。 最后可以导致你的project进展和文
章发表。但是，如果那个老板是jerk， 你让他知道你有自己的想法可能会让他暴怒。
但是，你的研究对于未来仍然有用。比如，你以后当PI（美国或国内）， 或去别处当

投后不久HR来第一个电话,确定了我的internship的科室. 过一天后HR又来第二个电话,
但是不同的一个人,什么也没说就只约好周一的电话面试. 好,我就准备好internship科
室相关面试内容.谁知道周一面试,是第二次电话的同一个人.给我提供的4个职位,全是
针对有经验的RN的.没一个是第一次电话里跟我说的职位,也不是我想要的地点(这个医
院在很多地有分院),我就问上次说的职位呢? 多问一句那个jerk恨不得不耐烦,说那个
不是他管,他不知道. 好你不知道,那我们就谈你提供的这些职位吧. 于是就回到了他开
始说我的career gap, 不停的在我有几年没做护士的经验上做文章,问我为什么不上个
RN refresher class. 我说因为州护士局没要求我上(我离开临床的时间还不是太长),
也正因为我的gap我才申请这个给GN有Internship的职位.然后他就说那即使是GN,他们

一个手术室最重要的就是外科医生，好比一个诊所最重要的就是医生。没有外科医生，
其他手术室的工作人员都英雄无用武之地，诊所也一样。所以其他的辅助工作人员很容
易被替换。一个诊所可以解雇所有的员工就是不能解雇医生。同样，手术室里外科医生
就是中心，其他的都是围绕着他/她转。
不管中国还是美国，麻醉都是辅助，经常就是外科医生骂麻醉医生像骂孙子一样。
而FNP是百搭。哪里都需要。精神病院也要。监狱也要。养老院也要。邮轮也要。有
refer 病人的权力。
这个人神公愤的abscess， 就给这个医生吧。听说他手最近有点抖。只能做这种手术。
我refer 的时候， 想一想。这个女病人，还是找一个帅哥外科医生可以增加幸福感。
好， 这$1000 就某某的了。
听话的外科医生我们让他发财，听话的心脏内科医生让他发财。
有一次一个女外科医生不肯来医院看病人。我就直接打电话给她。跟她说： I need
you badly. 她乖乖的来医院做手术。
有一个外科医生脑子不正常。就再不用了。

过很多苦，为人感情异常丰富，办事冷静，做事一毛不拔。对待自己营造的世界确实温
馨得很，对待外边也冷漠的可以，别人坏么，自己心里有优越感的时候做什么都是很开
心的。我没有怀疑你人品的意思，我只是觉着，像你所属这么好的人，在这个社会是很
难活下去的，只能生活在为自己营造的一个茧里，很难讲，这个茧是让你更坚强了，还
是让你变得更脆弱。
我脑子比较简单，想不出这么多东西来。我就知道碰上这种情况哼唧没用。要么做人足
够坚强，对自己信心无比，坚持按照自己的看法做事情，然后作为绝大多数的别人把你
看成jerk，把你孤立，在背后八卦你的猥琐和变态来给自己互相增强信心和增添乐趣；
或者找到一群和你境况类似的人，所谓团结就是力量，效仿互相八卦批判别人，给与信
心，然后绝大多数的别人认为你们是一群jerk。除非你是成功人士，当然包括楼主在内
受困扰得也都是一群不成功的草民，所以说解决问题的好方法就是要么就调整心态，认

FMH: DM
ROS: unremarkable.
PE: VSS normal.
Except left hand myoclonus, and mild ataxia, all others were wnl.

其实turbo机如果你真的拉到5000rpm然后松一脚油门之后立即再满油门
如果是像335i这种低增压的也能达到这种效果
毕竟5000rpm即便你松了油门,只要没彻底松到怠速时那么小的节气门开度
因为转速高最后排气流量还是不小,而低增压的机器其实不用太大流量就可以有峰值
boost了
我有时候放在sport mode下开,一脚kick down之后发动机一直rev到接近红区
加完稍微松一下保持当前车速,再突然kickdown,就能感到这种jerk
但如果转速低那就没戏了 |

等一下。你说的是一个方案，我目前也在尝试，但是问题是只要转速不匹配的时候，进
挡的时候就稍微有些阻力。
Powershifting 在平常几乎用不到吧，而且那种应该不可能匹配转速，jerk很大吧？

就很冲。。。
就说起步吧，1档齿比超级短，而且换2档很晚，正常起步的话不拉到个2000多转不给你
换2档。stop and go traffic要是速度上不到2档的话就悲催了。n55那是多大的扭矩(
转动惯量也比四缸的大)，1档上收放油门一不小心就jerk（油门还有延迟。。。），由
于1档齿比的放大以及torque converter fully locked up，drivetrain slack也能明
显感受到。 这种路况明显就应该1档车子一动马上上2档，或者干脆用二档，用torque
converter起步. N55的低速扭矩绝对够秒杀其他车了。
再说动起来以后，匀速后变速箱会在1100~1200转工作，那是为了省油我理解。可是那
时候油门稍稍tip in就会降档，导致半秒多的无动力 + jerk。而且这降档也就是1200
rpm 到大概1400rpm,你说我daily driving 动力上缺那200~300rpm吗... 这种情况就不
