（巴黎综合电）法国巴黎刑事法庭判处导致法国兴业银行承受巨额亏损的交易员热罗
姆·克尔维耶监禁三年。
克尔维耶2007年起的违例交易，导致兴业银行损失49亿欧元（88亿新元）。
巴黎刑事法庭也下令克尔维耶（Jerome Kerviel）赔偿49亿欧元给兴业银行（
Societe Generale bank）。
柯维耶被控违反信托、伪造并使用错误文件、以及将错误资料输入电脑，隐瞒其高
风险的期货交易，造成兴业银行蒙受巨额损失。
按照法律，克尔维耶面对的是长达五年的刑期以及37万5000欧元的罚款。
控方要求法庭对他处以四年徒刑加一年缓刑；而他的律师指银行对交易知情，因此
要求法庭让他无罪释放。
主审法官波特在庭上说，辩方6月在庭上提呈的证据“并无法让我们推断兴业银行
知道热罗姆·克尔维耶的欺诈行为”。
波特还说，克尔维耶在银行不知情之下，进行数额庞大的投机交易。

banking giant announced Thursday, revealing what could be the third-largest
loss of its kind in banking history.
A $2 billion rogue trading loss would be all but unprecedented, market

for an interest rate liftoff as soon as September, and an additional
increase in December.
He added that he believes the dollar and oil prices have broadly stabilized.
He estimated the economy will grow at around a 2 percent pace this year.
Powell said he's seen positive signs in the economy, including a pickup in

美联储不得不推进货币紧缩政策，即提升利率，结果是，自2008年全球金融危机以来长
达9年持续增长而不断创历史新高的美国股市面临自然调整，或者说中幅下挫，没有调
整是不健康的，2月初以来美股下挫就此。
基于美国宏观微观基本面基本完整，公司盈利强劲，失业率跌至18年新低，道琼斯
领头的美国股市长达9年持续攀高，美股技术性调整势在必行，剧烈震荡不可避免，除
非一如2009年类似华尔街次贷危机引爆的大型金融公司破产现象集中出现，或涉及美国

coo了。我看了看此人，非常聪明，也比较低调，精通四国语言，以前在daimler搞了
car2go，后来成为全世界最大的car sharing service（所以以后Tesla Network更加驾
轻就熟了）。在tesla负责了model S项目，后来任全球销售总监，又做了tesla semi项
目，搭大棚建第三个model 3生产线就是他执行的。马斯克心腹，跟了八年绝对忠诚的
人，说话马斯克能听。感觉是个能人，比马斯克稳重。是个不错的选择。稍微negative
一点，他是mechanical engineering博士，马斯克又找了和自己有点类似的工程师技术
路线性格的人，而且好像也有点想象力，并不是大厨这类极端求稳的人。对供应链生产
线驾驭对商业关系是否能做到大厨那样一切尽在掌握，是否能成为特斯拉的大厨，现在
还有待观察。
最近几天销售方式的变化可能和他有关，希望他能管得好，马斯克可以乐得清闲少发点
骚逼推，要是像spaceX那女的那水平，我们就烧高香了。

原来负责的Senior VP engineering叫Doug Field, 之前其他项目干的也不错，但model
3产量就是提不上来，一会儿就要停工，不得不手工干，浪费非常多钱和居多宝贵的时
