ABC News' John Schriffen reports:
A JetBlue pilot suffered an eye injury when a green laser was pointed
directly into the cockpit as the plane was en route to New York's John F.
Kennedy Airport.
The FAA says the incident took place Sunday when the green laser was shone
through the windshield of JetBlue Flight 657 from Syracuse, hitting the
first officer in the eye. The pilot immediately notified the control tower
after the incident.

然而，就在机舱内，一位同行男性乘客走过来对伊万卡大喊道：“你爹正在毁灭美国！”
据现场目击者称，伊万卡对此并没有回应，而是拿起玩具逗着自己的女儿，试图转移她的注意力。
该男性乘客随后被带下飞机。
据JetBlue航空公司表示，将男子带走“是经过严肃考虑后所做出的决定。”
“如果机组人员认定某位乘客的举动在机舱内引起了冲突，特别是当该冲突有升级的可能时，机组人员有权利将该乘客带离飞机，”JetBlue航空公司发表声明称。
JetBlue航空公司称，他们将该男性乘客安排在了下一班飞机前往目的地。
根据报道，伊万卡目前是特朗普房地产的副总裁。

没觉得国航的服务比美国的航空公司差。你拒绝了voucher，还能给现金，我觉得已经
比绝大多数美国航空公司强了。
我之前在SJC，jetblue的航班出故障，机组超时，取消航班，然后开始安排住宿，非常
的慢，额外多等了6个多小时都没安排上酒店跟回家的taxi，实在受不了，自己打uber
回家。
最后jetblue给的补偿voucher，因为我的票不是jetblue官网订的，还需要自己打电话
跟客服要。
这就是jdpower评分最高的jetblue。。。。。 |

发帖数: 152 | 43 早两个星期一直在查slc-buf和slc-jfk的票。因为时间极其有限，想到buf看看瀑布，
必须订到下个月20号晚上那趟12点左右的票，jfk转机，早上10点多到buf。结果想要的
这个时间一直是显示21号晚上才有。无奈之下，我就把slc-jfk的票订了，放弃去buf。
本来也想再晚点订票，但一看本来jetblue和delta都有票的，现在只剩jetblue，害怕
拖两天票价上涨了，连jetblue都没有了，所以赶紧把slc-jfk的票订了。
priceline24小时内还可以取消订票，今天凌晨1点半前我还可以取消。昨天晚上一直盯
着pl看会不会有什么变动。果然，在晚上10点的时候，查到了20号晚上12点delta飞buf
的票在ATLANTA转机！心里那个激动啊，就赶紧更改为2张票刷新页面。没了！一查，原
来是one ticket left！！！我等啊等啊，刷啊刷啊，delta网也是显示one ticket
left。我气啊，烦躁，抓狂。在绝望中，24小时过了，想改票，是不可能的了。天意不
让我去buf看瀑布。
早上，刚刚，不死心跑去check一次。我出离愤怒了！delta竟然推出 |

在BOS出示后续航班的信息，要求Agent把行李条直接打到北京。这些公司之间有转运协
议的。
但是Low Cost航空一般都不行。（JetBlue是低成本里最靠近传统公司的，不知道他们
到底可以不可以。其他比如西南，Spirit之类那是肯定不行）。
如果Jetblue不行，那么在JFK你要出安检，取行李，换Terminal，重新托运
票便宜了，麻烦增多了，也是合理的。
另外，你的成本里还要包括JetBlue这一段的托运费。（如果是联票，国内这段的费用
就省下来了） |

发帖数: 269 | 47 概括一下，就是这个网站只能订票，如果有任何cancel或是change，第一不能在网上完成，然后你就必须打电话，百分百保证至少在线等15分钟才能跟人说上话，用电脑把你的信息调出来就要再等15分钟，他们客服自己说是因为电脑慢，然后再等15分钟更新信息。而不幸的我最后被转到了orbitz，简直不敢相信我的耳朵。虽然我历经了n多个小时的磨难，结果最后到机场检票的时候，航空公司说没有我们的订票信息，我们不得不再机场现买的票。
后来我试图和他们的supervisor讲话，又给我放到等待上20多分钟，我的信心就这样崩溃了，我真的不相信他们有这样一个supervisor存在，我绝对不相信他们试图帮助解决问题。这样的一个网站连个投诉的email地址都没有，我按着客服调查给的地址发过去，居然被打回来说没有这个地址。
总之一句话，钱到了他们手里就没丁点可能再回来了，不管你坐没坐上飞机。
