针对科学研究诚信的重要问题表示如下观点：
1. 我们反对任何形式的学术不端行为，并强烈主张一个科技工作者应当保持高标准的
学术道德规范。我们支持揭露任何形式的学术不端。与此同时，要确证学术不端的 案
例，我们必须遵循合法和适当的调查程序。例如，美国公共卫生署关于学术研究不端行
为的处理指南规定，对学术研究不端行为指控的调查，起初应当是非公开 的，其首先
应当由所涉及机构的内部委员会调查并处理。“无罪假定 (Innocent until proven

滴。
JHU 主校区附近大部分地方是比较安全滴，总的来说是越靠北越好，不过这 Penn
Station 离JHU也太远了一点儿。你走到二十来街可能前后左右就只能看到老黑了，后
背可能会发凉吧。JHU 在三十四街，得走会儿涅。
从 Penn Station 下了车，出门右拐走三十米，在 Charles Street 边可以坐 JHU
JHMI-Homewood 的 Shuttle,到Homewood 下车，看你在哪儿上课，问司机从哪站下车最
近，省得走冤枉路。上完课，再从 UniOne楼下或St.Paul Street上末个更近的站坐
Homewood-JHMI 的Shuttle到 Penn Station 下车。朝司机要个时刻表会有帮助。

Current rent: $775/month. April rent was already paid. We are moving out in

live around homewood campus. That area is considered to be safe. especially,
the north and east part. There is a shuttle between homewood and JHMI(
downtown). The shuttle starts very early in the morning till midnight. You
can google Broadview, Carlyle, or Hopkins housing apartments, and call them
for the details. For a 2BR, the rent will be 1200+.

我月末到baltimore，工作在jhmi，现在房子还没有定下来，都说baltimore的治安不是
很好，所以找房子比较慎重，怕是一不小心drug dealer住一楼，日久学坏。
遂请大家帮忙帮我论证一下租房的几种可能，推荐给我可行的住处。
1，住医学院附近，想安全点，公寓条件好点，步行能上班的位置最理想。
2，主校区附近，座shuttle上下班。
3，住远点，开车可以承受的距离，希望社区安全，交通方便。
希望： 安全第一，出门不用东张西望，提心吊胆。
钱预算不过$1000--one bedroom apt
上下班交通方便，不想花太多的时间在路上
最好离中国或者亚裔社区近点，吃喝购物方便。
想的比较理想，不知道是不是可行，或者要是不成的话，大家有没有其他可推荐的地方？
我的预算可行吗？是不是这个价钱只能租到比较差的房子？
要是打算开车上班，医学院怎么停车，大约多少钱啊？

发帖数: 1308 | 49 LD在JHMI 博士后，我在Silver Spring这边工作，马上准备要娃。两边工作都不算太稳
定那种，但是LD估计还得再干个3-5年至少。年收入两人加起来税前13w吧。
目前租住在Columbia Mall旁边，equal commute。现在所有local的亲戚朋友都劝买，
确实我们也差不多需要一个大一点的地方了。请MDrealtor还有熟悉Howard Co的朋友指
点我一下，看看我们的想法有什么问题没有。
想法：
1. 准备买2-3br，2ba的town house。因为预算也就顶多30w吧，估计除了forclosure的
，啥single family都买不起。
2. 还是准备在Columbia/Clarksville/Ellicott City (南面）附近买，学区需要考虑
么（目前还没娃）？
3.希望通勤方便点，靠近那几个park and ride也可以。 （brokenland pwy/snowden
river pwy/columbia mall）。
4. resource，我就只知道redfin，zillow和tulia，但是学区啊啥的怎么看呢？

个town house，我们就觉得还挺不错的，每天可以去snownden p&R坐通勤车去jhmi，好
像是不到30w, 当然学区我们没啥概念。 |
