does it mean both sides to have a pre-arranged agreement? clearly in this
case, they don't.
does it mean one side intentionally losing the match? maybe. let's say yes
. Then, how about one side intentionally lose a game? or a point? Now, we
have all intentioanlly lost points and games before. So, are all of those
jiaqiu?
what else can jiaqiu mean, in your opinion? |

they have the authority, after they review the match, if they think it is
jiaqiu, then it is jiaqiu. |
