发帖数: 3764 | 2 百货公司换季下架会有几个选择，会给自己的outlet store, 比如saks给自己的off
saks, 还有会给员工内部便宜销售，剩下的会给broker。他们一般一个unit会有几万到
几十万块钱不等，不是个体小业主能买起的。broker会把这些分开批发给jobber, 你从
jobber那里那就是100-几百一堆不等，这样你小业主可以去买。并且这些里面有很多残
次品，比如顾客退回的开线的弄脏的货物，丢了扣子拉链的，还有就是mix了很多
accessory，也算一件，很不值钱。jobber就靠mix进这些东西来降低成本，因为不管只
值几毛钱的一个首饰，也算你买的那100件中间的一件。另外macys这些店，有的牌子比
如charter club, 几乎你是卖不出去的，但你收到的那一百件里面估计一半都是这个牌
子，也是亏本 |

发帖数: 3764 | 7 我昨天做了一点功课，大概明白这其中的运作过程了。macys和bloomingdale同属于那
个federated公司。每次换季清仓都会把剩下的存货卖给broker。broker再把这些货分
给jobber, 基本上100件起这样。说的都很好听是这个那个牌子的，但到你手里的货很
难讲，也许100件东西里面有四十双tommy的袜子，你也只好认倒霉。毕竟如果货物质量
还不错，干嘛就贱价到你手里了呢。
另外但凡有名气的牌子，是不会随便批发给个人的。很多都要求有实体店，有一定营业
额，并且你的实体店规格要符合他产品的形象，才可以批给你。
化妆品就更是这样了。其实那些瓶子罐子里面的东西并不值钱，他的广告形象定位才是
最主要的。很多公司都是卖不掉的直接回收，随后扔掉倒掉都不会减价批发给个人。 |
