在行业内大公司干了快一年，收到一猎头介绍一10人小公司招聘，工资比现在多不了多
少，但是从职位描述来看是自己喜欢的；而且猎头说2年内IPO，给stock option。现在
工作干的没什么意思，一直想跳槽，不过原来想的是去大公司。第一次收到过这种电话
，怎么判断值不值得去呀？ |

前辈们好，本人PHD第四年快结束了，这个暑假找到了一个大公司的实习，老板硬是不
让去，让我把offer拒了。他说明年放我去。我打算今年年底full time和实习一起
申请。
另一方面，预计明年暑假（五年）毕业。发信问公司，说实习只招在校学生，不招已经
毕业的PHD。请问是不是所有公司都只招学生来实习？肯定不招用OPT的毕业生？这其中
有什么缘由呢？
