Asking yourself this question: if you get an offer from Washington and Cornell
and a offer from anyone of the above 4, where would you go (in any area in

1. To shine own self be true. Make your life interesting on an application,
but don't fabricate.
2. If we had two smart applicants,
one of whom was interesting,
we ranked "interesting" higher.
