一个伞车，去城里博物馆商店什么的，因为小个，车里放着也方便，推着也不占空间。
另一个bob jogger stroller，个子大但是很轻巧好推，避震也好，去公园之类的地上
比较不平的地方，小山丘什么的，很好用。偶尔几次爸爸推去jog。因为家里旁边就是
个比较野生的有小山丘的公园，所以一般停在车库里不放在车上。
没有买double stroller，因为两个娃一起出去的机会几乎没有，一个快３岁了，１个
７个月。小娃很少出门坐车，基本上都用bob jogger stroller。 |

amazon的来比较。第一次开帖，一家之言, 调查考虑不周之处, 请大家轻拍, 若是补充
改正一下就更好啦。
我在宝宝出生之前买了 chicco key fit 30 travel system，当时挺得意的,觉得配
套的就perfect。用了几个月，出门看到别的妈妈推Britax B ready，顿时觉得Britax
好太多了,娃娃面向自己，位置高,遮阳棚大，于是决心也给宝宝换一个。我的基本要求
是：宝宝可以面向自己，而且可以坐的比较高，容易调换座位方向尽量避免晒到宝宝。
Contours Options 3 Wheel Stroller：这一款是我找到的reversible stroller里面最
便宜的，只要169，且声称大多数carseat都可以和它配套。
Bumbleride Flyer Reversible handle stroller：reversible handle stroller 里最
便宜，250。但它有一个缺点就是座位不能反过来，如果想面对宝宝，只能用

你下次去 nordstrom的时候，看一下那里逛的美妈们推的那种大轮子，座位很高，底下
支架很长的车，不管什么牌子，那个款的车基本没有1000 以下的。
或者 whole foods，那里要么是这种，要么是bob。
如果去outlets，看到最多的基本就是baby jogger的 city mini。。。。。
baby jogger的东西都算平民化的，不过他家那种加座变 double的，city select，不
加座就要600，第二个座位另卖，适合马上要追老二的。这个啥时候能便宜到500你赶紧
告诉我。。。。 |

发帖数: 7653 | 10 跑了这么久了，我充其量还是fast jogger。。。：）
这段时间，平均每天10miles，上个星期外面的雪没化，有几天主要在跑步机上跑。我
觉得跑步机上有一点比较好，我可以训练大步幅的“跨越跑”。那几天每天1个小时，7
分多一点的pace，最后还是有点无聊的，因此就开始把重心放低，尽可能大步幅跨，比
较有意思的是，有点像走路的感觉，虽然还是需要effort的，不过感觉省力一些，我没
注意心率是不是掉下去一点，但是身体的感觉是更舒服一些。
不知道是不是那几天的训练的效果，这几天在外面跑，步幅可以迈得比原来大不少，跑
到有落地窗的建筑物，可以看到自己侧面的影像，步幅挺大的。整个人有点点像“飞跃
”的感觉。最合适我的跑步姿势：手臂不是前后摆动，而是在空中轮流“画圈”。而整
个身体就似乎是以脚附近的某个位置为转轴，往前平动加“转动”。感觉跳跃能力比以
前强了，所以现在起步很短时间就能到6分30以下的pace，只要不跑上坡，可以维持6分
30以下的pace挺长一段时间，而且comfortable hard，而且每次看表，pace显示的总是
6分10，6分20，可能中间没看的时候松懈了就回跑慢... 阅读全帖 |

belonging to the biographer involved in an affair with former CIA Director
