整整等了七天，等的真心焦啊，昨天晚上九点短信说Case更新了，去网上一查批
了。
Case 一般，找了律师，朋友推荐的Cai Mangmang 律师，生物专业，12文章， 8
英文，4中文，google scholar 125 引用，CNKI 47，因为太少没有区分自引他引
。审稿37次28篇，都是小杂志，最好的Plos one, 6篇推荐信,全是独立。主要的
亮点是一片一作上了杂志封面Cover，还被F1000推荐了，另外还有一个JOVE的vi
deo.
总体上律师处理非常有效，非常感谢，基本上当天或第二天就回复，所有材料起
草的也非常快，我只是在专业上修改了一下，从一月份签协议到提交总共用了三
个月，其中两个月用在等推荐信上。
接下来开始准备485了，希望一切顺利，也希望我的Case能给大家一些信心。 |

一，Draft里 在Contribution部分单独列了一个小题目： XX's work has
considerable clinical applications and was cited by pharmaceutical companies
但是提供的论据只是：1. this study may lay the groundwork for the development
of new treatments for ischaemic heart disease and cerebral stoke. 2. this
study has been widely cited in the product manuals of antibodies and
clinical diagnosis kits. （仔细看了一下，其实只有一些抗体的manuals）
这个算不算Over-claim？ 会不会有麻烦？

容是值得我们深入思考和借鉴的。
