应该予以废除。法院并给加国政府一年的时间来修订相关的法律。最高院的这项裁决引
发了全加社会的广泛争议，大温华人社区不少人士强烈反对这一决定，认为将带来许多
严重的社会问题和后果。
主流社会意见两极
最高法院的这项裁决，在加拿大引发激烈的争论。社会上有截然不同的反响，一种意见
