Since the eve of her 75th birthday, Joy has finished 32 half marathons, from
Phoenix to San Antonio to Nashville to Philadelphia, coming in first in her
age group in 28 of them.

全篇文章都是认同跑步的好处，但是提醒过渡锻炼可能和心脏病有关联。
一些网友跳出来羞辱讽刺。我无所谓。文章总有喜欢和不喜欢的。
Rodimus对该帖极为不满，说running版不欢迎这类文章,封了很难看。同时说置顶文章
有类似讨论了。
我发帖反驳，问他是不是私人俱乐部，不允许公开发帖，同时要他拿出白底黑字的版规
看我违反了哪一条。我说我读了置顶文章，要么是空连接，要么内容不相同。
Rodimus 根本拿不出任何版规，居然发帖说我是受虐狂。
我发帖反驳说他动不动冒充全版不欢迎新人，还无根据威胁封人，是虐待狂。

Joy Johnson from San Jose, California, took just under eight hours to

YH介绍从DC来的网友P兄见一面，然后去Whistler一边的harmony、symphony去玩玩儿。
结果一看晚了怕下午天气不好symphony去不了，就先坐p2p去Whistler，电话也打不通
只好放了P兄的鸽子，抱歉了！从Whistler的Roundhouse下到harmony的路比较难搞，打
算找到Rabbit Tracks或者G.S蓝道下去，却怎么也找不到标示。于是就沿着盘山路过去
，估计是Ratfink黑道，娃们下降太快，最后不得不下到一个绿道上，可能是Marmot，
小孩们的单板走了不少路。
上了harmony到顶，发现原来这是Little Whistler Peak小顶峰，而且四通八达，有
pika's traverse绿道回roundhouse，有burnt stew trail绿道转jeff's ode to joy蓝
道去symphony，还可以走后山the saddle蓝道下到Peak Express，从Peak还有一条下到

教会音乐就象总政歌舞团的印青一样，简单理解，是为教会服务的，但你要问作曲家自己，他会否认他是一味的歌功颂德。比如印青，他写了很多歌颂共产党和和谐社会的歌曲，非常优美，最神奇的是他的歌曲其实很普适，而不是低劣地拍毛邓江胡的马屁。所以如果你问韩徳尔，巴赫，莫扎特，贝多芬，等等等等，他们估计也会辩解，他们的那些有‘教会’标签的音乐，未必是拍上帝或者耶稣的马屁，而只是为了愉悦或抚慰上帝创造的人，我们自己。这也是为什么他们的音乐往往超越了宗教，成为全人类的精神财富。

The Giving Tree》应该像安徒生的《海的女儿》一样作为小孩的必读书——事实也的
确如此，我家两个孩子都在幼儿园里读过并喜爱这本书，就是没给我科普一下。这棵给
从小长大的男孩不断奉献出苹果、树枝、树干直至生命最后的树桩的giving tree，在
我看来就像父母之爱。当用苹果卖钱发财失败、用树枝造房娶妻失败、用树干造船远行
