manipulating the gold and silver markets was involved in a bizarre weekend
car accident that triggered a police chase before the suspect was nabbed.
Andrew Maguire, a metals trader at the London Bullion Market Association,
and his wife were traveling in their car when a second car coming out of a
side street struck their vehicle. That car then hit two more vehicles before
fleeing.

一个比赛结束了.就意味着等待下一个比赛 :) - mark
其实最开始是从running
club的网站知道这个比赛.但是就觉得这个5.6K的距离应该不错.何况我上半年正好是要训
练短距离.这个JPMorganCCC的全称是JPMorgan Chase Corporate Challenge,
包括全年18站的比赛(大部分在美国).在singapore号称是在亚洲的第一站. (我估计不久
就应该在上海搞了.呵.也算崛起的金融中心啊.)
anyway,
我其实只是想跑.于是开始游说公司去报名,但是发现本公司赶兴趣的人真是少:(,
最后包括singapore总公司出面组织,也只有20多人参加...
对我,可是要认真一点的, 于是开始认真的训练(long-run, tempo-run, interval). 还有
tapering, 甚至还有carbo-loading (最后一天我真的吃了很多..包括一些fat-icecream
-_-!!! ) 终于熬到周三, 这天还很忙,下午 |
