对于美国是direct quote，也就是说买1 jpy需要的local currency的数额
usd/jpy=76应该正确写作

就是150000JPY/1200USD 啥的。。。
最intuitive的应该是direct quote
就是告诉本国的investor需要多少本国的货币买某个单位unit的外币
这个usd:jpy=76,实际上如果硬死扣书本，孔乙己，是对日本投资者的direct quote
告诉他们需要76jpy才能买1 usd
对于美国人是indirect quote了
只不过现在流行把USD作为senior currency，都等于是各国的direct quote（对于
美国人都是indirect） |

发帖数: 3065 | 22 传统的4个safe heaven,瑞郎，黄金，美债，日元，已经爆了2个。资金短时大量流入美
债，推高美元。Commodities货币大跌，一定程度上终止了对日元的套利交易，短时间
造成市场对日元供不应求。使得日元成为唯一一个可以自由兑换的，而对美元不贬值的
货币，同时也是十年来甚至最多的货币。
从09年开始，日元对美元的基本面有了根本的变化。曾经只有日元才是carry trade的
主要目标，但是09年美元利率也降到了接近0，使得美元日元同时成为套利目标。
目前USD/JPY在76左右已经小幅震荡1个半月，而EUR/USD贬了8%，AUD/USD贬了10%。这
也就意味着JPY对EUR和AUD也是大幅升值。对于日本这样一个出口导向的经济体打击是
及其严重的。尤其是连竞争对手韩元和东南亚其他出口国的货币也统统大贬，这更将加
重日本产品的价格劣势。
日本地震后要重建，本应该作为日元贬值的催化剂，但是由于金融市场的震荡，将打乱
或延缓这一趋势。
从美国的角度来看，目前需要一个强日元还是弱日元。日元太强，美国消费者买东西太
贵，美国资产被收购危险增高；日元太弱，美国出口受挑战。

比如USD/JPY,日本银行买入美元，意味着美元会涨，美元涨，日元则跌。
USD/JPY从6月3号收盘91.89一直下跌，到9月13号83.08收盘，跌了9.58%,日元的一直上
涨对日本不是好事，比如出口会下跌（因为物价变高了），导致贸易赤字，以及其他对
日本不利的事情。所以日本买入美元，让日元下跌。昨日USD/JPY一天就反弹近300点，
最高到85.764。
而人民币的汇率是由中国政府控制，这就是为什么国际上一直给中国施加压力让人民币
升值，如果人民币能自由交易，那么汇率不会是现在的6.7几，很大可能将是6.0, 甚至
更低。中国即使拥有再多的美元储备，都不会对人民币带来影响，因为是政府操控汇率。 |

USDCHF， GOLD ：
USDCHF 我没看，把它当glod一起看好了。GOLD到没到顶还不好说，但是因为一致看
涨，可能很危险了。contrarian view 加上星星对美元上涨的看法.
（虽然大家嘴上都看好GOLD，似乎整体上还处于横盘缓长，有下跌也是回调，可能
深一些而已。这是偶认为的）
30YR ：
长期债跌了，因为拍卖的不好。这是好现象。30年的利率还不到4%，太悲观了吧。
Yield curve steepened是好事。房贷利率也许不会再低了，不过现在的经济不是要靠
房市拉起。（如果短期债拍卖的不好，那么FED才就麻烦了）。如果long end yield up
是信心的恢复，看美元上涨就是应当的。
JPY ：
日元走强不符合日本出口的利益，也不符合日本老龄化低增长的趋势。目前形势多被

CAD future did run from 0.6 to almost 1 in late 80s, but it also run from
0.9 to 0.6 in early 80s, during which Canada carried a big public debt. I
agree that there is no default risk, but it could take Europe years to
reach a healthier debt/GDP and euro will suffer during the course.
One thing I do not under stand is JPY, do you have any insights why JPY is
so strong even it is not economically strong and carrying a huge public
debt? |
