你把痛点分的很细致，我再白话一下，你看对不对
1、膝盖骨上缘跟四头肌连接处疼，属于patellofemoral pain syndrome （PFPS /
runner's knee）
2、膝盖骨下边缘疼，也就是跟Patellar Tendon（髌骨韧带）连接处，这属于jumper
knee（中文称膝盖韧带炎）。
3、如果痛点再往下一个拇指宽度的地方，也就是Patellar Tendon下端，连接Tibial
Tubercle （胫骨结节）的地方，称为Osgood Schlatter disease （胫骨结节骨软骨病
？），常见于青少年。
照这么说，我感觉是第3类，也就是胫骨结节骨软骨病。不管怎么说，这几类病治疗和
恢复都差不多，看起来以后要增加举杠铃的训练项目，提高臀大肌和股四头肌的力量。
另外，问一下，这一个月，主要在游泳，每周3、4次，每次1-1.5小时，1500-2500码，
大部分蛙泳。不知道蛙泳频繁蹬踹是否对恢复有所影响

Ford Taurus 4-缸发动机的话，Crank Amps 大约为350安培（10 Gauge Jumper线在350
安培下的烧溶时间为~10秒左右），
如果是6-缸发动机的话，Crank Amps 应该是500安培（10 Gauge Jumper线在500安培下
的烧溶时间大概为~5-6秒吧，6-7 Gauge Jumper线的话能撑住~10秒）.
建议：
（1）Jumper线越粗越好（当然也越贵），4-缸发动机的话，至少要8-Gauge的Jumper线
，6-缸发动机的话，最好用4-Gauge的Jumper线.
（2）连接好后（两车电池，正极接正极，负极接负极），不要马上 JUMP，发动新车先
给旧车电车冲冲电（~5-15 分钟），然后再 JUMP。
（3）每次 JUMP 的时间不要超过5-6 秒钟，不成功的话，稍等一会儿，让JUMP线 cool
down 一下再重来，以免烧线。 |

I didn't see his previous 6 pre-season games, but I did watch the last two.
He basically only made 1 3 pt shot in these two games. All other jumpers
were a miss. All his other field goals were close layups.
Still the same problem. Very quick to the basket but no-reliable jumpers.
You can't be a star player without a reliable jumper. How can you score a
bunch when you have to penetrate every single time? Opponents won't let you
drive time and time again.

game for Lin. The Lakers let Lin play more of his game when he came in after
5 minutes in the first (either that or he just did it) and it looked
perfectly fluid with Kobe out there. We ran a lot more mix of high screens
for him to attack off, and he also pushed the pace at times. He was calling

了，然后去Homedepot 买了个换上去，结果还是不起作用，花去了好多时间，最后还得
要请师傅来检查修理。
俺告诉大家一个很有效的测试方法，对一些坦上的大侠们来说，请不要见笑，可能就是
个中学生的作品，但对好多家庭来说，俺认为是可行的。
下面俺以single stage Heating(gas) / Cooling 和 4线 控制线组 的空调系统 为大
家讲解。
在做测试前你必须要很确定，Furnace 和冷气机是有Supply 电源的.
这个方法非常非常地简单，你只需要记住4个名词，分别是:
1) 24V 总线 ----- Marked as "R" , 通常是红色线.
2) 暖气 ----- Mark as "W", 通常是白色线.
3) 冷气 ----- Marked as " Y", 通常是黄色或蓝色线.
4) 风扇 ----- Marked as "G", 通常是绿色线.

control panel. A jumper is just a removable short. The control board will
have a series of pins onto which to place the jumper. I bet that CFM numbers
are printed on the board so you will know where to insert the jumper to get
your desired max-speed.

我一直都以为毛衣的英文是sweater，那么在英国也一定通用才是，但几年前我旅
居英国时，在当地最大的百货公司，却找不到叫做“sweater”的商品，陈列许多毛衣的
架上，标示的却是“jumpers”。几天后，我还看到一家叫“Jumpers”的店，走进一看发
现原来是间毛衣专卖店，才知道在英国毛衣被称为“jumpers”。
那我们所熟知的运动（工作）外套（jumpers），在英国是叫做什么呢？毛衣专卖
店的店员说：“那是sports jacket啦！”而我其实是要找套头毛衣（turtleneck），画了
张衣领外翻的图给店员看，“啊，你要找翻领（polo-neck）的毛衣是吗？”我才终于买
到想要的东西。
英式英文中也有所谓的“sweater”，但当地人却不用这个词，到底是为什么呢？
在《牛津字典》中，这个词有着“发汗物品”的意思，以往指的是“低工资的重度劳动
工作者”（或是高劳力的人）。一直到了1828年，才又有了“促进发汗的服装”之意，
但不是指人的服装，而是给马匹穿的衣服（可能是棉被之类）。

么不用那个金属片或者线，也能响，有的箱子其实那个金属片做在箱子里面了，说自己
是biwire compatible，只接一条线的时候，里面有jumper。接两条线的时候，压降为0
，jumper就没用了。

有5线的装honeywell,只有4线的转emerson.如果装到高智能的wifi温控器，其实根本不
存在4线的问题。
我们再来看你提供的衔接，那个示意图只能用在heating only 上，如果你注意到的话
你会发“R”和“RC”之间的jumper 被拿掉了。 见图，真正的honeywell 8000 和
6000 wifi 最初设定是有jumper，而这个jumper 对heat/cool 使用同一个公用blower
的系统是不能移掉的。换句话说当你的系统既有冷气（Y线也接入， G线也接入），又
有暖气的况下，那么在这个情况下你如何去接入24V变压器？ |

我不认为这个是可逆的，我自己就jumper's knee（自嘲一下，虽然兄弟我的技术啊扣
篮啊的是不能跟VC他们比了，但咱的膝盖和他是同病相怜处于一个level的），联盟里
边jumper's knee先后废了多少人了，他们可是有专门的医生trainer conditioner伺候
着的，一样是单向不可逆。
只不过反正你也不打职业的， 冷敷下，等炎症下去不影响日常生活了，就继续打吧。反正你走路没事，能跑就能打球。而且随着岁数啊体重啊什么的，你有没有这个问题也跳不了那么欢实了，lol。 |
