，他1966年入学，1972年毕业，获得心理学学士学位，是深受教师喜爱的优等生。他从

刚从whole foods回来，他们在搞一个给学校筹钱建salad bar的活动，donation的形式

开过光了。1 3/8还没用，看着都嫌大。钓Red Fish，Stripper可能好吧。外表涂漆很
脆弱，有一个已经外皮全裂了。干脆把外皮全部刮掉，嘿，里面还是正宗的Bone Color
（象牙色），放灯光下看看，好像里面就一层薄薄的“铜片”（不清楚到底是啥金属片
），Made In China，用个铁片忽悠一下也不出奇。Bone Color是个好颜色。把钩子换
小，自绑羽毛钩，再试试看。 |

这一年来，这句话在鱼版出现频率很高。刚才又看到了
俺是持不同观点的。
俺2003开始玩spinning，2006开始玩BC，据俺有限的知识和经验打个比方：
BC如果是个钳子，spinning就像带钳子的多功能工具，上面钳子的功能也许不如单个的
钳子强大，但是钳子是干不了改锥的活的。
大家各有所爱我能理解，就像有的人开车赶路，有的人要越野，有的人就是纯玩车，啥
车好当然想法不一样。海钓的牛牛如果说once go conventional，you will be save.
我也能理解。
然则这个坛子新手众多，潜水新手也多，（虽然这帮子家伙看贴不回帖非常可恶，）
给他们一个开放的视界和多元的信息还是很必要的。
如果一个常来潜水的新手Once go BC, never go back----- never fishing anymore.

定会瞎吃一通，什么junky吃什么。
反而跑的多的时候，回来吃一点就觉得够了。个人认为是精神上的满足感。

早餐： 咖啡加奶*200卡； 猪肉干*300卡； 桔子大概吃了5个*300卡；共计800卡
中午开会，没时间去gym。。
午餐： 吃了tuna salad 三明治（两片白面包；1片cheese；tuna；mayo等）大概500卡
； 忍住没有吃那包chips；午餐合里的cookie也没吃。本来表现挺好的，但是下午好多
烦事，下班后企图跑步，已经热身好了，但是一开跑就发现脚疼，忍了三分钟，立即停
了，很害怕受伤，还有6周就全马了，不受伤是最大目标。
结果很不不爽，通常如果跑完会顺心很多，人也会立即happy起来，虽然我在
elliptical上苦熬了2个小时（真它NN的闷啊，虽然电视很好看，时间还是过的巨慢）
，但并没有让我放松多少。回家后领导问我想吃什么，我脱口而出“i want something
junky"然后就悲剧了。。。
晚饭吃了： 首先吃了一整个西瓜，连皮有将近5磅（1。87kg）重，大概500卡； 然后
吃了一整个bagel大概500卡；很多hummas大概300卡；1小块chocolate cake大概400卡

发帖数: 1432 | 41 bama的D和去年相比落差很大，比前年也不如，基本上没有一个真正的领袖
前年和去年都有film junkie能够做精神领袖，Rashad johnson 和 rolando mcclain都
是那种能够做出play calling的人物，对defense的scheme了如指掌，在赛前对对手了
如指掌。看看今年，所有人都期待着hightower能够挑起来这副重担。结果移到中路的
他，pass rush是没啥了，他和chapman的run stop比mcclain和cody的组合差太远。 自
顾不暇的时候，我觉得他真的没有能量去做精神领袖，去领导其他人。教练组估计对这
一点也有所预期，所以希望marcell dareus + hightower+ mark barron一起能够起到
领袖作用，不过这个领袖作用一旦分散就跟没有一样了。mark barron基本上是清道夫
，中规中矩吧，因为旁边儿的新手太多，他的活儿最难干，能干成现在这样子，也算不
错了。dareus表现基本上和hightower同一级别，没见到什么过人之处，没啥精彩的地
方。也奇怪了为啥内部比赛的时候fluker怎么都blo |
