工作很忙不是理由，去年下半年，我们组的另外一个工程师，也被选中做jury，是本地一个比较轰动的凶杀案，案子的审理拖得很长。有4个月的时间，那哥们拿着公司的工资，在法院上班；正好那一阵子项目特别紧，他的活当然就都摊到我们大家头上了。有时干活累了，恨恨地想，就冲给我们额外增加的工作量，也要给那个嫌疑犯判重一些。当然也就想想而已，jury是不能与外人随便讨论案子的，那哥们偶尔来公司，对案子绝口不提，大家也不打听。
不过我还是拒绝了jury的责任，而且理由非常充分——我不是美国公民。
其实我还是很想去体验一下的，在电影里看到过，但不如亲身经历，再说还可以名正言顺地把自己的活推给别人干。
普通公民做jury，还真有点人民法院的意思。有罪无罪判决由陪审团决定，而陪审团在案子开审前临时决定，应该有助于防止司法腐败。因为罪犯即使想贿赂，贿赂法官没有用；贿赂陪审团，在案子开审前又不知道贿赂睡；而且买通全体陪审团，比买通一个法官的风险大多了 |

，一方先使用暴力，另一方在觉得自己受到imminent bodily threat的时候可以用

事实上jury是接受法庭向他问的问题，然后回答，这就是jury的作用
几乎任何问题都可以的...
你就算没有相关知识，也看过电视剧吧，那里面很多虚构，
但是如下场景是真实的
法官问，jury，请问这个人guilty吗？jury回答，guilty/not guilty
这就是法官请询陪审团做判决，非常常见。
就算事实确凿，陪审团一样可以verdict not guilty，甚至
闭门会议集体为被告找理由，然后集体vote no guitlty. |

己的理解在意猜。有三点关键：跟踪是不是合法？是谁发起攻击？攻击是否“可能”导
