１。一共有６个JUROR，昨天有４个JUROR联合发表声明说星期一发表INTERVIEW的JUROR
根本不能代表她们。
你们看，我星期一就说了，那个INTERVIEW的JUROR是个LIAR。
２。那个INTERVIEW的JUROR庭审结束后２天就安排好了出一本书的代理商和计划，然后
又过１天就又宣布不出书了。
我星期一就说了，那个INTERVIEW的JUROR精明过头了。 |

己怎么想的，和猜测别的juror怎么想的；请问您，您根据什么说她在阐述自己思想和
猜测时是在撒谎？其他juror的声明也没有指责她撒谎，只是说她的想法不代表其他人
的想法罢了。您想都不想就下结论别人撒谎，是不是太草率了？

发帖数: 108 | 5 主人公他60余岁，其实一点都不懂英文，国内小学文化基础，虽然考入美籍，但当初主
要为了申请国内子女，当初在唐人街学校死记烂背了半年考了两次终于过了。
因为长期在外州打工，也没固定地方，每几个月就换地方，他把地址过户到他长岛一亲
戚家，理论上他属于纽约居民。
上次（一两年前）收到的（记得是带蓝色的）summons，里面有questionairs ,我当初
帮他弄的，清楚记得有问题问懂不懂英文，选了不懂英文，就寄了出去，暂时没事了。
今天他亲戚把一两个礼拜前又收到的summons（带红色的，我以前也当作juror，没见过
这种颜色的）让我帮他看一下，里面问卷没提到懂不懂英文，好像这次只能选择去当
juror，只是需要打电话到自动语箱内安排一天。我猜想（只是猜想）可能中间可能
psotpone了这样的duty，他亲戚不懂的信件都是请熟人们代看代办的，中间有没有又收
到summons，他亲戚也不能明确告诉我。逻辑上讲只有推迟了一下，才能收到一定要参
加juror的通知，只能推迟一次。他现在不能推迟了。
这种确确实实不懂英文的怎么办？而且人也不在纽约。不理这summons有什么严重后果
吗？

连定man slaughter都没办法。
今晨法官拒绝将四条对警察撒谎并未一条，并且每条定为上限一年，四条
连续执行，明摆着对她很愤恨啊。。。
要知道这四条都是misdemeanor，跟超速一样。。。正常根本不判刑的。。。 |

付了那个JUROR不少出场费。哪天如果有人把这个作为ISSUE提出来，那个JUROR马上又
会见风使舵把钱退回去了。 |

dude straddled on you, ground and pound, MMA style. Your nose may be broken
and the blood is choking your throat. At this point, regardless how many
stitches you may actually have on the back of your head, you certainly are

我3个多星期前收到要我参加juror serive的通知，因为我不是美国公民，当时看到
jury，第一个念头就是和我没关系，连打开都没打开，后来又寄了一封，这回是我老公
打开的，通知了我一下，我还是没留意，因为我以为他们寄错了，而且我11月三号去纽
约了。结果今天收到一封信，说我没来，犯法了。我现在仔细读了才知道，即使我不是
公民，也必须网上登记说明。
我该怎么办？据说要罚2000多，家里最近经济非常困难。上次刚发过一贴，本来不想老
公那么累，咬牙决定出钱让别人安排延期至明年；结果来这事，然后又收到一单要补税
的通知；屋里还出现了疑似bed bug。 |

另外别的还需要填什么？
2、写好了之后就得去post office寄信。同事给了我一个地址，我到了那后发现只有一
个USPS，不知道是不是所谓的邮局。请问美国这边的post office是否就是USPS？我买
了stamps后可以把信从这寄出去么？（之前没寄过信，都是email所以有点不清楚）。 |

艺术专业的， 基本上没有可以量化的东西。 能量化的就这有这些了。
平均了一下，大都是在5％之内，可以吗？ 还有几个是州内的比赛，有一个是有年龄限
制的， 不知道算不算。
大家给看看能不能用这个证明top％
是不是只要提供比赛方或者是juror的推荐信就可以证明。
因为2010年开始每年都有比赛，是不是可以证明TOP%是sustained
