美众院提出谴责中国镇压新疆决议案
国会众院外交事务委员会的国际组织、人权及监督小组委员会主席戴拉汉(Bill
Delahunt，麻州，民主党)，及首席共和党议员罗拉巴克(Dana Rohrabacher，加州)，
10日共同于众院提出决议案，谴责中国政府镇压和平示威的维族人。
被中国当局谴责是新疆骚乱幕后黑手的世界维吾尔大会会长热比娅（Rebiya Kadeer）
，则指乌鲁木齐市的维族男性，大部分都已被抓走了。
人权组织「人权观察」，10日指中国政府看来准备对新疆进行全面严打，而非对暴力事
件进行公正客观的调查。
热比娅说，她获得的消息显示，新疆各城市总共已有1000人丧生，也有消息说有3000人
丧生。而中国当局称总共逮捕了1500人；热比娅的消息则为约5000人。她并呼吁美国政
