那个时候还是个穷学生，唯一的乐趣就是和同学在某大街上做做window shopping。每
天下午绕着密西根湖跑两圈，没钱，没男朋友。偶尔和朋友出去旅行，几个人合伙bid
最便宜的旅馆，总共就不到30块钱一个晚上，还要几个人挤着share。没有车，每周步
行去买菜，再一路扛回来。那个时候在水木的某版面做斑竹，无聊灌水认识了很多朋友
，很多人到现在都还一直在联系。读书的同学大部分回国，见面了每次都有他们的热情
招待。
当时觉得很苦，现在想想，居然是挺美好的一段时光。当然我的生活也就是一个普通F-
1学生曾经的写照。

洞朗是中国和不丹的争议地区，中国和锡金的边界划定了。

中国和巴基斯坦确实在克什米尔修路，印度没搞事啊，
为啥洞朗修路，印度非得越界呢？因为洞朗这地方太关键了，中国真要在洞朗扎下根，
印度东北很可能就走了，这就像个大炸弹一样，修路已经占了便宜了，印度越界的
目的就是求着和中国尽快作战，因为事情拖下去，印度老百姓一旦习惯以后，民心就不
齐了。
中国不必赶在这时候和印度拼，而是持久在这里基建渗透，离间印度不丹的关系，这才
是正解，主动去大打很愚蠢。

其实厨房还没有 finish。这一块，头续多，工作琐碎，花得心思多，反而还有不少 美
中不足的心病等着 fix。版上有姐妹想看，就也秀出来了。顺便听听建议。
before －
原来的厨房，一看就是二三十年前的装修。几个 keywords：白色小磁砖，厚重的陶瓷
sink，陈旧的橱柜，老式的顶灯。。。都是必须要重做的。
而且，抽油烟机装在island 正中，老式厨房的顶本来就矮，只有7尺半，弄这么个庞然
大物，把什么都block了，一眼看着就难受。
地上铺的磁砖，我也不喜欢。 厨房 跟 family room 是整体打通连贯的，我喜欢从地
面感觉上也是连贯通畅的，况且我一直以来习惯了厨房用地板，温馨一点。只要勤打扫
就好了。
构想 －
首先决定改变结构，想把 range hood 挪到厨房侧面，这样管道也要改一下，跟
contractor 沟通了一下， 看看了房檐和外墙，他说没问题。
这样 Island 就变得更加 visible 了 ，灶台移走了，island 从面积上讲也会更实用

然死的很难看，万劫不复云云。真搞不清楚，帅哥难道就等于花心？
偶自认为在wsn当中算比较帅的了，有诸多的mm公开或不公开地表达过对俺的爱慕之情
，不乏主动投怀送抱的，但偶都不为所动。会有飘飘然的虚荣感，但玩弄感情的事，偶

在南传中，有止观双运的方法，但止的目的都是为了观的开始。行者达到初禅的近行定后
，就可以直接修观。更有甚者，可以单纯修观，而不修止，同样可达解脱圣果！
呵呵，PUPPTEER眼光还比较锐利，竟然看出来大圆满有本来的明晰。赞叹一个！昨天我跟
GDER说过，大圆满的最初来源不一定和佛教有关。大圆满有二支，一支从北印度传入藏区
，一支从西藏西部、北部边界的象雄国传入。而此二支都来自神秘的邬金国（今阿富汉一
带）。此处曾盛行其他宗教，中亚佛教也以此地为重要传播通道。
佛教阿含经中有“本性清静”之说，但整个原始佛教都不谈论任何“不证自明”、圆满天
成的本来觉性。佛陀讲十二缘起，佛陀教导的四念处就是以内观方法破除无明，从而破行
，破识，破六入（根）......最后解脱生死。
根据长期的考察，佛教大圆满很可能是佛教与KASHMIR SHAIVISM-印度希瓦宗的口传体系
中最上乘修法结合的产物。我认为，这种结合不是硬性嫁接，而是对各自合理成分或精华

Kohli从美国返回印度后，为了不错过喜马拉雅山九月份的秋季登山季节，紧锣密鼓地
进行准备。购买登山设备，挑选高山搬运人员。还要联络进山沿路的搬运工头领，让这
些头领招募大批的搬运人员以便将大量物资运到大本营。另外要购置食品，协调航空中
心提供的空中地形侦察以及重要物资和关键登山队员的空运，等等。最令人头痛的是当

印度外交部证实暂停与中国军事交流

【多维新闻】由于中国拒绝给一名控制印巴争议地区克什米尔的印度将军的发放签证，
印度已经暂停了与中国的国防交流，这两个亚洲大国的双边关系呈现新的紧张局面。
