今天下雨在Local开车，看到一个老妇（后来知道61岁）横穿马路（离人行道大概3个车

。有两个路人看到后就过来了，一个用西班牙语跟她说话，帮她给家人了电话，其他我
就不知道说什么了。她一直躺在地上没有动，但也没有留血。后来警车和救护车都来了
，把老妇给送走了。警察问了一个路人大概情况，但我也不知道那人怎么说的。一个警
察跟我说是老妇的责任，不是我的，让我过两天去拿report,就让我走了。当时太紧张
，等老妇被救护车送走后才拍了个我车子和路面的照片，也没有留下路人的电话。
一个小时后，我又回去看十字路口（车祸离十字路口不远）有没有摄像头，可惜没有。

I 什么是逆回购？如何操作？
逆回购，简单的理解，就是通过交易所放贷吃利息。
个人可以做的操作是卖出（融出资金），起步价、交易单位均为1000（10万元）
（注：某些券商，比如招商、华泰比较特殊，10万元的交易单位是 100 ——avivag）
活跃品种有204001、204007，手续费分别是0.001%和0.005%
在券商支持的情况下，只要账户里可用资金有100,001元
登录网上交易，卖出204001，起步价、最小单位1000，每1000代表借出10万元，
204001 是1天（还有204007，7天），成交价格是年化收益率。
（部分券商需要再多准备0.1-1.0元，晚上清算后会返还）
