各位,今年的kba和rba都开了:

kba是return managers优先,可能会有managers今年不参加,有兴趣的可以登记替补.
rba是open,谁都可以参加,先来先占.
密码是mitbbs,有兴趣的去登记吧.
注意,kba由于精华区丢失,没有了keeper的轮数,我决定更改keeper的规则如下:
1.keeper从前一年的final roster中选择.
2.每个keeper只能keep一次
3.draft的前6轮都不能做为keeper(前四轮为前一 |

比如18对应国王队,国王lottery第四,所以18对应第四.

kba如果还是这样， 不可能保证大家都能把ranking做好的, 很可能乱套
为什莫我们不能online bbs选秀呢？
一共只有8轮， 从现在开始每天选两轮也够了， 大家仔细选，赛季水平就高
也有水可以看， 建议一下，不好实现，除非建个email组， 选一个就发信 |

ras和randolf的问题,如果randolf把west换回给ras,那么ras在第一次对randolf(第
1周KBA||FreakyZombies)的时候不能change/add/drop.如果randolf不换,那么ras明年
可以继续keep west一次.
请poonie给置顶,并请kba所有的manager回贴表示同意或者反对,除非有超过半数的

置，提高了任何一个牛比PF/C的价值。不过鉴于TD最近

还是Dirk，没想到Kobe居然就此落到第十。要是今年来个MVP年，Randolf就发了。TMac

赢每周的blk。YM是爱国pick，我觉得也就是18/10/2，不过这个league偏C，也还行。其
余第一轮也都差不多。
变化就在第二轮，有了第一轮开路，第二轮的人能否配合或者继续加强强项就变得比较
重要。App选得SF3有点questionable。EB和Allen配合很好，one of my favorite。下指

理报道, KBA 06-07新赛季需要再找１或３或５个新经理。关于新经理信息，请看<
Fantasy Keeper League邀请新经理>一文。老经理也可以看看，复习一下规则。
2).新赛季的变化：交易由管理员批准，不投票了。我向去年RBA学习，只要双方同意的
说的过去的交易（包括用keeper换牛人这类的），我都会同意。can't cut list里的牛
人受伤但扔不掉的我也不管了。尽量无为而治，在这里提前声明一下，也对去年因为交
易投票等造成的不愉快表示道歉，实在是经验不足，希望大家原谅。
3).live draft时间是２１日晚上，请提前２天公布４个keeper，以便大家做功课。建
议现在就公布，１９日之前可以修改，截止时间定为１９日２３：５９（mitbbs time)
