SEATTLE -- A Seattle-area Lyft and Uber driver accused of trying to sexually
assault a passenger has been charged with attempted rape.
King County prosecutors say SeaTac resident Dereje Y. Kebede sexually
assaulted the 22-year-old woman after picking her up in Seattle in March
2015. An arrest warrant is outstanding for Kebede, 40.

race. Wanjiru dropped out because he sat too long on the flight to London. |

time.
He knew that if he couldn't drop Wanjiru before the final 800m, he would
lose for sure... I think Wanjiru in full form will destroy the old Haile too. |

让kebede感觉不到他在哪里， 防止他提前加速， 就那么不紧不慢的跟
着， 最后才发彪。。。

kebede最后1迈史诗一般的冲刺, 看得热血沸腾, 一年过去了, wanjiru也没了.芝马还

非常非常好，还有如花和pager的直播，还有在我跑爆掉以后留下那些温暖话语的大家。
我不争气，又让你们失望了。
在欢喜的提示下，我查出比赛中mile 8处呕吐的原因了，我电解质胶囊吃多了，那天早
晨我就吃了六个，未出发之前，吃了3个，后来忘记吃过了，起点前又吃了3个，加上赛
前一天每餐后我都多吃了3个，一共在30小时内吃了12个。所以身体出现2个症状：1）
主动拒绝再摄入gel和gatorade，吐，只能喝水，抽 2）血液中电解质多，血压高，同
样速度，心跳比平常高10-15。有悲剧性的结果就不难理解了。
简单描述比赛中发生的细节，
LHR和强度训练都很顺利，赛前无伤，又考虑到tune up race的情况，应该有机会3小时
左右，于是比赛我是按照2：59：35计划pace的，计划：
mile 1-2 : 7:00
mile 3-9 : 6:55
mile 10-17 : 6:51
mile 18-finish : 6:46

速度一样，但是矮个的那个比高个的步频快很多。我认为这个是有
道理的，所以下决心下一次先练提高步频到190+。
仔细看了一下，Kebede的步频明显比其他人高，又找到根据了。 |

我就特别喜欢看，尤其是中长跑的，5k，10k，公路赛，越野赛，都喜欢，经常上网到
处找直播，
只可惜和足球篮球比起来资源太少，尤其是直播的。
话说今年四月很热闹，先是巴黎贝克勒的瘦马，然后是伦敦，Halie当兔子，Mo的瘦马
，Kipsang， Mutai，Kebede，Ayele Abshero，Lelisa Desisa，都来，号称是史上最
强一届，然后是鹿特丹的Kipchoge，波士顿的Kimetto，这个星球上跑得最快的一群人
都要亮相了。

，也没你这么动不动说别人是椅子男的。
东亚三国男子长跑项目，中国还没啥可以拿出去吹的。这是釜山亚运会的成绩：
３２岁的韩国老将李凤柱今天下午在全场观众的热烈掌声和呼喊声中第一个跑进釜山亚
运主体育场。他以２小时１４分０４秒的成绩夺得了男子马拉松金牌。当他冲过终点时
，体育场气氛到达高潮。
李凤柱是上届曼谷亚运会马拉松金牌得主，在今天比赛中，他的优势非常明显，当他冲
过终点随即又举着韩国国旗绕场慢跑一周后，日本人清水康次才第二个跑进场，他的成
绩是２小时１７分４７秒。
中国选手、来自“马家军”的宫科仅获得第五名。
这是北京奥运会的成绩，中国选手最好成绩的比第一名的冠军慢了10分钟，这还是在世
界第一高手没有参赛的前提下。

人，棒子第18，其他除了一个瑞士的第六，其他7个全是东非的黑人。
