动力反而减少了。有人还验证了这个，两组人，同样的目标，一组告诉别人，一组沉默
，沉默的那组成了辛勤小蜜蜂，高调的那组自我感觉良好但早退。
这个对我还真适用，我有一阵子到处叫嚣着要跑步，周围的人都以为我有多牛，最后我
也没跑过多少4迈以上距离，更没坚持多久。倒是一些因为起点太菜而不好意思说的目
标，一直有进步。
其实也不意外，就是这么个借言论来长自信的过程：告诉别人自己如何如何->别人说我

Commish 。
每队保留 2 名 keepers，核心原则：
* 某队员如果是去年的一轮秀，那么今年不能 keep。
* 2名队员如果去年选位都比较靠前，那么今年不能全都 keep，两者之和必须大于
某数。
* 某队员如果去年已经是 keeper，那么需要特殊计算，再决定今年能否 keep。
* 任何队员，最多连续 keep 两年。
具体规则如下：
0) 计算参数
0.1) 一个队员，今年能否作 keeper，主要以该队员的“去年轮次”为依据；
某些时候，他的“去年轮次”不能一目了然，就要参考“前年轮次”，
比如后述规则里的例子。
