发帖数: 1325 | 4 严重的keloid，很抱歉，这个真不能有什么好办法。
可以手术切除瘢痕（皮肤下keloid base也要挖出来），然后当天放射治疗（准备好延
迟愈合，可以2个月都长不好）。life time的radio剂量一定要记住，有个cap，超过了
就不给做了。可以自己要求每几年放疗，但是小心白血病什么的，定时查cbc。平时
maintain，用kenolog-40瘢痕内注射，6-8周一次（长期打封闭，要有周围皮肤萎缩的
心理准备）。
有这个问题，心态一定要好。没什么好办法，不要和同龄姑娘比，适应和调整心态很重
要。结婚要注意对方有没有这个问题。 |

develop more easily than others. You can have a dermatologist to look at it
and to decide what is the best approach for removal. |

is to leave it alone, or you can get steroid shots which is not covered by

之前就是Keloid，那个皮肤科大夫误诊成纤维瘤了，不应该切除导致现在比原来更大。
我现在准备leave it alone，但不知道平时饮食等生活习惯的应该注意些什么，谢谢。

about it. Just move on and live a happy life. Pay attention to future
trauma episodes that will casue keloids: injuries, acne scars, surgical
scars and etc. Apply silicone sheets right after scars are healed. Keep scar
area relatively moist (though dryness can prevent infection). |

了以下的方法:
1。 每月注射一种药剂
2。粘贴一个薄膜
3。用液氮低温
4。皮肤取样分析是不是癌症，结果不是,但切片处愈合后长的更大了.
请问有没有别的方法治疗这种症状的？谢谢！

漂亮的伤口，但是这次你可以跟医生要求打一种药叫做kenalog在你的伤口上，是专门
防止这个keloid的产生的。 |

选择，我都会尊重他们的意见。
我说了，有的人自以为自己很干净，可是很多性病，在男生身上是asymptomatic的。不
意味着没有病。这个和地域没有关系。
可能确实，在一些地方，尤其比较落后的地方，性病炎症不太经常听见，因为人的健康
知识匮乏，思想保守。所以，很多男生有了STD或者炎症而不自知，另一方面，很多人
就算有病，也不太愿意告诉别人自己有这种病或者去看医生，就如落后的地方见不到同性恋一样，这个能懂吧。
所以，你自己觉得自己没有病，或者你不知道身边的人有病，不意味着他不存在。
我看过那个帖子。首先，小孩子全麻没什么大不了的（当然，你肯定能找到全麻导致并
发症的例子，不过任何医疗措施都有并发症的。拔牙也可能导致心脏病的）。我发现，
越是医学知识欠缺的人，越是对于医疗有一种恐惧感。我想，这也是能理解的吧。就好
像以前的人怕拍照，觉得那个黑盒子会抽取人的灵魂。
其次，我也说了，这个东西就跟打疫苗一样。你可以因噎废食，但是不能嘲笑别人噎而

I am in clinic too today, saw a lot of interesting pts. one with charcot-
marie-tooth syndrome, one guy with bad keloid. One elder lady with
depression and dementia really touched me with all of her social economic
issues. just hope that I can be as efficient as the 2nd or 3rd year
residents ASAP.

Usually they excise scar, suture and close wound, and inject some steroid.
but i dont not have follow up data.
i dont think laser is a good choice. I believe scalpel |

really don't wanna provide more collagen from 猪蹄. |
