Dive #25, Kelp Forest, Point Loma
depth: 81 feet, length: 24 mins, temperature: 56 F
这次是跟着boat Marrisa出海，到Point Loma的Kelp Forest。Buddy 是新手，neutral
buoyancy控制的还不太好, 开始怎么也下不去，divemaster就在他身上加了6磅的重量
，这一下就像称坨似的比我沉的都快。
水下很冷，能见度也不够高。到了底，慢慢往forest里面游。Kelp 是从海底能长得很
高很高的水草，由于有kelp的地方营养非常丰富，底下总是有很多小鱼和各种小生物栖
息。我们在reef附近转了转，看到很多五颜六色的海星，珊瑚，海胆，海参，还有鱼。
Kelp随着浪左右摇曳，抬头也望不到顶，实在是一种很神秘的感觉。本来想抓点海胆带
回去吃，结果发现它们都躲在石头缝里面不肯出来，害得我抓了半天什么都没抓到，有
些扫兴。
由于潜的很深，气用的很快，我们决定上浮。开始两个人步调还很一致，后来我上到了

隔一周再去，水平上到处都是kelp。
感觉这个东西，温度，日照不倒，就是不长。
反之，温度，日照都够了，就开始疯长，一星期就能冒出一大片。
呵呵，也和加州的天气一样，只有两个季节。 |

他们最出名的剂量就是文章里面大量的链接，链接到有信用的大网站，但是大网站跟他
们说的完全不是一回事，比如老大你说Kelp里面已经验到辐射，大网站的新闻不是这样
说的，他们说正在测验辐射，但是跑到alex jones的infowar那里就变成已经有了超几
百倍。他们整天都是玩这些游戏，捏造夸大，然后安置一大堆大网站的链接，就是赌你
没时间不会一个个去看实质性内容，跟他们说的东西风马牛不相及。
你要一个个打开链接较真，就会发现完全不是一回事，有的时候连标题都完全无关。
Alex Jones就是Rush Limbaugh那种人，你看wiki上他自己软文上写的都是一个
conspiracy theorist(翻译：被迫害妄想症）。

不叫《20寸，手到擒来》，至少老神道道的。或者《差一点点就够》卖个萌撒个娇。可
是酸疼的胳膊，似乎断了
的腰，提醒着俺，要实实在在的写文，踏踏实实的做人。刚被打得满地找牙，转身就笑
容灿烂胡吹神侃，那得在佛前修炼几百年才行。俺还是老老实实的按“身体写作”。
腰累得似乎快断掉，写起来似乎有些得瑟。那最后几百下划桨的痛苦，最后卸船时，要
先缓口气才敢下腰，而且要慢慢慢的弯腰，那份憋屈就难以言说鸟。
颗粒无收，一点鱼肉都没有，对好肉的俺来说，虽然凑一块能添点此次行渔的悲情，但
是空军惯了的俺倒没有特别意外。
总结回味写完了，俺来倒头从开始说起。
前阵子鱼版某神提到洛杉矶的华人钓鱼网站，俺立马跑去潜伏。果然偷窥到了点鱼情。
鱼情似火。俺立马兴冲冲的在上个周末，艰难的跋涉完那长长的石堤，到了石堤尽头的
灯塔下。四十来分钟在抹了鸟粪和清晨的水露的零乱的大石头上蹦跳，滑了几次，鱼竿
撑住了几次，手扶住了几次（恶，一手鸟粪），夸张点文艺点，真真的有在刀尖上跳舞

90 and cesium. To protect the thyroid, which uses as lot of iodine,
saturating it with iodine may prevent some absorption, but after age 40 you
don't absorb it very well anyway. Having more than adequate calcium can help
protect the bones from absorbing the type which displaces calcium. That is
in very low exposures. Chlorelle, spirulina, and kelp can also protect you a

一个30ft抛钓(over a kelp bed), 线刚收紧, BAM! 80lb braid 都有些失控, 感到鱼
在水下巨大的摇动. 偶接连紧线, 竿高举, 弯90度... PENG, PENG, PENG...PENG,
PENG, PENG... PENG, PENG, PENG...好爽!
最后鱼卡在15ft远的Kelp里,是还看不到头, Cabezon? Lingcod? 感紧呼唤队友划过去.
没有抄网, 仗着竿硬线粗, 拖出Kelp入船, Big Fat Grass.
秘密武器等包子, 嘿嘿嘿. |

所以想找一些根据，网上信息太乱了，想请有专业背景的人大致说说，冬虫夏草真的有
用么？或者如果没用，是不是至少无害呢（水里煮熟了吃）？如果至少无害，那么就当
placebo吃了。
国内有些东西实在太乱了，比如什么防辐射服，完全就是靠人们缺乏安全感的心理赚钱
。

经常在那一边潜水，从没见到MAKO。不过见过巨大halibut（吓个我半死）和蓝球大
spider crab（那时不知道那东西能吃）。
I did a dive Friday morning by myself @ County Line-- which is a great dive
when conditions are good, but Friday it sucked. I swam out about 150 yards
to the first patches of kelp and then dropped down to about 16' and less
than 5' of murky viz. I hoped it would get better as I hit the reef, so I
headed out and at 25' came over the tops of some short kelp onto a patch of

我上了四个黑毛放掉一个，一个rockfish太小放掉了。小鱼都给人喂猫，剩下一个大点
的kelp fish和两个黑毛今天晚上放汤

甲亢了
但是别的配方还有店里买的raw都是用kelp

三条船到14:30都limit out或接近，扔掉小鱼和Canary无数。
鱼种很多,black/blue/tree/kelp/copper/b&y/vermillion/shark/octupus ...etc
今年vermillion/canary似乎比去年多，fishiman2007一个人就上了2条大vermillion
新人rabbit1978神勇，上了唯一一条shark;gghym的船把一条几吨重的shark放跑了，实
在可惜...
早上8点下的水，偏晚，刚开始很slow;12点左右有两波小高潮，基本就靠那limit out
了;全天大部分阴天，1:00PM左右大雾弥漫，伸手不见黑夜的五指，大家都怕回不了家.
..
全天浪还是有点大，不少人晕了吐了。
今年渔警很变态，第一次钓就被查，俩警察一老一新，新的很多事，看到不认识的就仔
细查。偶们船有条小kelp他不认得，幸亏老警察认得. N95那条船的shark给拿回船仔细
查，偶们还以为开罚单了(看到他们拿本子了)，担心的不行，也很纳闷(应该是够size

另外，秋季的时候Top dressing, aeration, 有很多可以做的来改善土壤环境。目的就
是肥土，譬如让蚯蚓来松土，顺便增加
