他命和摇头丸交易中心。
联合国毒品犯罪办公室发言人吉莫朴（Walter Kemp）表示，上述长达314页的报告甚至
令许多加拿大人都大吃一惊。
该报告指出，近来尤其在加拿大，涉及毒品的有组织犯罪有增长趋势，既包括毒品的生
产数量，也包括毒品的出口数量。像澳大利亚83%的进口安非他命，日本62%的安非他命
，都来自于加拿大。特别从2003年开始，尤其在2006至2007年间，加拿大开始在全球毒
品交易中占据越来越重要的位置。自从2004年以来，加拿大成为北美摇头丸市场的主要
供货基地，也是日本2007年摇头丸的最大来源地。
报告分析说，加拿大的毒品交易与亚洲犯罪组织和自行车帮（biker gangs）有直接关
系。报告里面的数据得到警方的认可，卡尔加里前任警探沃尔顿（Steve Walton）对上

我的数据不知道对不对，这里提到截止上周二hedge fund short oil的总数已经达到了
154M桶。但是从我收集的数据来看，从上周四开始，其中的100M桶已经被cover了，或
者说随着12月份future到期，没有新的sell contract被open。
这减少的100M桶里面不知道是不是还有生产者deliver的数量还不知道，但是总数已经
减少了100M桶这是没错的。
不知道哪里还有细节具体怎么解读这个open interest 和CFTC的持仓报告。 |
