就算是科普，他这个科普水平也太差了。字体极小，图极小，slides感觉很cheap。英
语很差，专业基础知识也很差。
还很自以为是。
你说这种人怎么能混来interview? 我也奇怪，这厮简历还不错的。
现在看来都是他老板力挺他的，他自己学识实在有限，只能毕业了以后一直在老板手下
混。
我本来不理解为啥现在大家都兴phone interview先。
现在看来，确实有必要先刷一下，这一次on-site浪费了学校多少钱啊。

我们这要开一个人，连续3年差评。第4年系主任建议启动程序，然后差不多第5年初校
长给那人发信，给其一个package让他自动走人，不服，来回吵了小半年。接受package
截至日期前，此人正式给学校Appeal Committee申诉，又是一整年。然后申诉
committee维持原判，校长发正式通知，差不多第5年结束了。他还是有一年的contract
，然后此人找了律师开始打官司，系主任都换人了，官司还在继续。人还在payroll上。
结论是大家准备退休之前的6年可以啥也不干。
所以，那个系敢一次开掉3个tenured faculty members？俺真心觉得是keng。 |
