发帖数: 320 | 1 最近在看房子，家里的情况是一个在微软，一个在seattle downtown上班，买房子想
选个两个人都不要太远的地方。由于资金原因，能买到满意房子的地方要么kenmore/
bothell,要么issaqueh。现在比较纠结该选在哪里了。比较了一下：
1交通，学区
差别不大，都要30-40min的样子，kenmore稍微近一点；学区看评分也差不多
2.房子
我们的预算在kenmore能买到比issaquah好一些的房子，感觉相同level的房子，
kenmore要便宜大概5w左右吧。
3.生活
kenmore比较靠北了，感觉没有Issaquah方便些吧，另外issaquah靠近bellevue近一些
，考虑以后发展可能更好些。
对比下来，两个地方差不多，实在不知道如何选了。
有住在这连个地方的可以说一下各自当时买房考虑吗，谢谢。 |

分降到8分，初中和高中都是9分。北面也是两所小学，Kenmore Elementary只有6分，
West Hill一直是8分。初中高中都不错。整个Kenmore很小，各处差别不大，尽量住到
离WA522远一些的地方。新的社区里中国人很多，多码工。你要问我咋知道这么多？因

Kenmore的价格低并不是因为质量低，而是因为它现金流压力大。
回到wall oven，Kenmore/LG/Samsung不是很好的选择，Whirlpool一家就有一般的份额
，加上GE可能有70-80%了。LG和Samsung在cooking这一块还没figure out怎么做美国市

我search了一下，到微软好像都差不多时间啊，难道这14万的差别就完全是学区问题吗

在我印象中sammamish很偏僻，交通上不便，离商业区也远。这两点好像bothell（
kenmore）要好一些。那为什么还是很多人选择sammamish和redmond ridge呢（当然很
有钱的人就直接选者bellevue了，我指的是一般普通工薪阶层）？是不是9分的学区比
10分差很多？如果小孩子小学初中没有上到10的学校，就算高中是10，都很难跟上？ |

high 一般,但好象woodinville high好.其实KENMORE 和BOTHELL有不少中国人住 - 我
知道好些AMAZON的人住KENMORE.
Woodinville 98077有一部分是LAKE WASHINGTON SCHOOL DISTRICT, 学校很好.
98077大部分不好. 98072 是NS,交通还可以吧.

searching for a new wall oven. I received an e-mail from Sears 50% off wall
ovens for Kenmore and Kenmore Elite. Perfect timing for me.
I even see they have Layaway Option on it maybe. Since I don't know the
closing date on my house yet, that will be a good option. 8-12 weeks it
appears and it shows 12 weeks available for $400 and up.

Igloo but the reviews are crap and quite honestly, not worth the risk of
losing a lot of food.

请问kenmore elite系列的如何？想买来自用，不用高大上的，但是也希望美观实用，
可以不用给厨房减分就行。
或者有别的牌子型号推荐也很欢迎，想要36寸cooktop，30寸wall oven（这个是不是
double的比single的显得高大上很多？其实我觉得家里不咋需要double的），冰箱，洗
碗机，微波炉等等。。。

发帖数: 3319 | 30 多谢。我的kenmore elite He4t washer坏了。但kenmore elite dryer 还很好，是非
电子版的那种。想买现在front load 的洗衣机，但如果烘干机一起买，可以有$300
rebate, 而且delivery fee 是一样的，所以就动心是否要把烘干机也一起换了。
好处：配套washer/dryer看着好看些。新dryer有steam, sensor dry功能。不知这些新
的功能是否很有用。
坏处：新的dryer 是 electronic board控制，怕不如现有的dryer耐用,这种电子板可
能容易坏。即便买extended warranty也最多只能买5年warranty. |

要不先买个小点的，等过两年经济好了换个大的。 即便房价还是涨，Kenmore的房子不
会涨得象bellevue那么疯狂。

little bit overprice now. Inglemoor high school is one of the best in the
region. There are also way less Asian in the area, making the school way
more diverse than the ones in Redmond or Bellevue. Additionally, Kenmore is
really central to both east side and also seattle. You may not work in East

highland。
kirkland更贵，但是上405方便，98033比034更好
