而且有些动作不是不能用DB做,只是效果效果差别相当大。KB重心不在手心,所以需要
更多的控制。
Barbell就更不同了,双手一起控制和单手独立控制差别更大了。 |

i made a similar weight using sturdy bag with egg-size stones. weight
adjust from 35 lbs - 70lbs.
good to do some of the KB moves, such as turkish get up, front squat, single
leg deadlift, jump squat
no good to do snatch or clean with it, the size is too much.
not as easy to use as a standard KB. but it is free.
at least it is good to pick up some useful KB exercises, the principle should be similiar. |

有weight training, 之后就要有 carb,当然,最好是complex carb.
感觉挺简单的也容易坚持.
我的情况是女 168 cm 118 lb,BF 18, BMI 19 每周基本上力量1,2次(多数是dumb
bell 或 kettleball 重量较小10-15磅,腿部的话会加重量),HIIT 1,2次(insanity之类
的),中间会加light yoga 或游泳,boot camp. 我的问题是,饮食控制能力弱.去gym的
当天还好,第二天食欲真是大开,肠子都悔青的那种.
5pm之后无carb还好坚持,如果total的cut carb,估计都我都不知道自己晕在哪儿了.这
个 diet plan 是否科学,不知道,但至少还是能帮助我慢慢建立好的饮食. |
