$300 in water and sewer.
By the way, the water and sew office does not get actual readings each time,
they just do estimates. E.g., when we moved in, our first quarter bill was
more than $600, we were shocked and called the office, they asked me to
read the meter myself and report the numbers, and then the bill was adjusted
to $324 immediately.
