周日跑了hamilton的半马， 号称加拿大最快的course, 的确是名不虚传， PR了5分多
钟。但是有两个问题，一个是线路经过一条火车道，快到的时候，听见火车在鸣笛，赶
紧冲过去，后面的人都被火车拦住了。另一个是km marker 不准。5-15公里的时候，km
marker 都比我305 显示的距离短300米左右，10km marker 时是46分，15km marker时
是70分，所以我觉得肯定能完成1:45的目标了，有点松懈，加上15-20km 的时候在湖边
顶风，主要还是我长距离比较差，所以跑的比较慢。 最后的1.1公里实际上是至少1.6
公里，本来20km marker的时候比305还短 200米， 结果305 都半马测量完了还要再接
着跑400米。
跑前一直担心右腿膝盖，脚踝上的backpacking落下的老伤，跑步的时候尽量偏向左脚
使劲。结果右脚没事，左脚底却摩了个泡。早晨8：30 开跑，温度2度左右，所以长衣

of kilometers covered by players. The highest measured amount of kilometers
was by Herbert Wimmer with ca. 10-11 km per game.

team average是12k
Average time a player spent from receiving the ball to passing it:
Avg. 1958-1990 4.64 seconds
Avg. 2002-2010 4.04 seconds
