最近班上牛人太多了,首全马bq的, 首半马130, 我这种跑的慢的,都不好意思说话了。
周日跑了hamilton的半马, 号称加拿大最快的course, 的确是名不虚传, PR了5分多
钟。但是有两个问题,一个是线路经过一条火车道,快到的时候,听见火车在鸣笛,赶
紧冲过去,后面的人都被火车拦住了。另一个是km marker 不准。5-15公里的时候,km
marker 都比我305 显示的距离短300米左右,10km marker 时是46分,15km marker时
是70分,所以我觉得肯定能完成1:45的目标了,有点松懈,加上15-20km 的时候在湖边
顶风,主要还是我长距离比较差,所以跑的比较慢。 最后的1.1公里实际上是至少1.6
公里,本来20km marker的时候比305还短 200米, 结果305 都半马测量完了还要再接
着跑400米。
跑前一直担心右腿膝盖,脚踝上的backpacking落下的老伤,跑步的时候尽量偏向左脚
使劲。结果右脚没事,左脚底却摩了个泡。早晨8:30 开跑,温度2度左右,所以长衣
长裤,刚开始带手头,后来热了把手套扔了。水站,skip了第一个,... 阅读全帖

'Kicker' magazine conducted studies already in the mid-1970s on the amount
of kilometers covered by players. The highest measured amount of kilometers
was by Herbert Wimmer with ca. 10-11 km per game.
这已经是最牛逼的特例了,放到今天11km是顶级比赛的基本要求了。多特蒙德的德甲
team average是12k
Average time a player spent from receiving the ball to passing it:
Avg. 1958-1990 4.64 seconds
Avg. 2002-2010 4.04 seconds
这个数据也很能说明问题,拿球时间更短,因为防守更加激烈,要求出球更加快速
